Finca Son Pecat is a magnificent estate located a few kilometers away from Alcudia and Pollença. Nestled in a perfect Mediterranean landscape, between olive trees, wine yards, sea, and mountains, this property is the perfect choice for big groups seeking true traditional Mallorcan life experience, while enjoying comfort of modern luxuries. Son Pecat is a rare gem, its owners are dedicated to the business of wine and oil production, the reason why the finca is surrounded by centenary vineyards and olive trees, to which guests will have access. If desired, wine and oil tastings can also be organised.

Son Pecat has 8 bedrooms for a total of 16 guests. Each room features a double bed and luxurious ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort to each and every guest in equal measure. The sober, minimalist décor provides the perfect contrast to the rural aesthetics of the building and the majesty of the landscape.Each of the rooms has air conditioning and wifi access.

But although the interiors are cozy and comfy, the jewel of the crown, and where our guests spend most of their time, are undoubtedly the exteriors. Outside there is a large swimming pool with a teak deck in the shade of the olive trees. In the 40 hectares of land surrounding the finca, guests will find a wide variety of native trees, almond trees, centenary holm oaks, orange and lemon trees, and produce from the orchard. The finca also has farm animals such as donkeys, sheep, chickens and cats. And perhaps the most impressive and unique thing is that you can find Talayotic ruins dating back more than 3000 years. In short, Son Simó Vell is in itself a listed area of special scenic interest for its nature and cultural heritage.

Apart from being a unique tourist accommodation, Finca Son Pecat also offers guests the possibility of hosting large events, such as weddings or corporate events, with a maximum capacity of 150 people. The beautiful exteriors combined with an infrastructure (such as a large industrial kitchen...) designed to host large events make this an ideal venue.
