OURAGAN MICHAEL UPDATE: Private Reserve est prêt pour l'invité. L'enceinte blindée de la piscine n'est pas disponible pour le moment.

En conduisant dans l'allée, vous comprendrez pourquoi cette maison porte si bien son nom: RESERVE PRIVÉE. Sans maisons adjacentes, cette retraite isolée vous gâte avec une vue extraordinaire sur la Joseph Bay et des ��quipements incroyables. Un quai privé vous offre un accès à la baie pour faire du kayak, du bateau, de la natation, de la pêche et de la plongée en apnée. Détendez-vous dans la piscine ou admirez la vue depuis votre bain à remous privé. Toute la propriété est conçue pour les réceptions, ce qui permet une réunion de groupe ou un refuge paisible pour un peu de temps.

Une rampe d'accès pour handicapés du niveau du sol extérieur au porche blindé du deuxième niveau facilite l'accès aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Chaque niveau de l’intérieur de la maison comprend une cuisine séparée, une salle à manger, un salon, une chambre et une buanderie; et un porche grillagé Bayfront sur toute la longueur offrant des coins salon et salle à manger offrant une vue infinie.

Pour vous aider dans votre aventure sur Private Reserve, votre réservation comprend une location d’environ 250 $ d’aventure. Fantastic Stay

This was an amazing property. Well stocked with griddle, air fryer and amenities of home. Plenty of space with 2 living areas if needed. The bay was amazing with the kids able to walk knee deep in water catching crabs and finding seashells. Quick walk to beach.

A secluded oasis in paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for the entire month of Feb 2022 and had the time of our lives. The house was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen of any rental home I’ve stayed in. The sunrises over the bay, enjoyed with a freshly brewed cup of coffee, were one of the highlights of the trip. Of course, driving or walking the 1/2 mile to the public beach access to the gorgeous gulf side and watching the sunset was also an almost daily occurrence. Our kids swam in the pool multiple times daily, even on the days us parents deemed it too cold. Highly recommend paying for pool heat, if needed. The pool stayed plenty warm enough for swimming even on some of the cooler days. If it got tad chilly, we warmed up in the hot tub while enjoying spectacular views of the bay. The fenced dog run was perfect for our fur baby, it was so nice to not worry about having to leash her each time she needed to go outside. In our opinion, the single best perk of Private Reserve is that you truly feel tucked in and away from the hustle and bustle. During Feb, there weren’t many bugs to speak of, but I’m sure in the warmer months that having everything screened in is a life saver. We SUP’ed and kayaked in the bay, so peaceful. Highly recommend this home!

Top Notch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3rd year staying here... Experience warmer temperatures than previous years which in turn brought out new wildlife greetings us. Liked seeing the sea otters playing in the bay and the bald eagle fishing off the deck but not the coral snake warming itself by the hot tub. Pretty but too dangerous. Love the new couch coverings and the way the laughter is heard in every room that my big family is in. My dog and granddog loved visiting each other at the same time going potty together. Thankfully if it wasn't for the dogs being there our trip might have been sadly. They warn us of the snake. Praying that it is in God's plans we can return for a 4th year.

Private Reserve vacation 2021

Reviewer Comments: We had 7 adults and one child aged 3 to 85.very convenient to have wheelchair ramp.the shower we used fir my 85 yr old mom was small but it was the only one with a handheld would have been great to have that In the master suite shower.we brought our own shower chair.there was some miscommunication with mgmt about pool temp.we pd 250 to heat pool and I was told by the office pool temp would 10 degrees warmer than outside temp.this never happened.outside temp was around mid 80s everyday and pool temp was 87.very chilly.said there was nothing they could do about it.also we talked back and forth several days about being allowed to use our plug in lites at end of dock and cleaning station on dock.there were outlets but they were turned off. We did at least 60% of our fishing after dark.solar lites on dock were not enough.we weren't told till about 4 days into vacay outlets at end of dock were for owners boat lift lites at end of dock and cleaning station would be great addition. We were told not to use master toilet until it was anchored to floor.we found this the first nite we couldn't use it until Monday afternoon.Shawn the guy who handled maintenance was very nice and helpful.I am sure the office was tired of my calling as much as I was tired of having to do so.overall house was very roomy and very nice.would definitely want to rent again.Skullys which is a walk up the driveway had the best boiled shrimp.We bought that twice.We cooked everything we caught.Which was catfish and very healthy fat redfish.We brought our own deep fryer.Long Bills which about 1 mile down road was a great place for takeout lunch.We only ate out the last nite at Krazyfish Grill and it wax really good.We did go into downtown Port St joe to get homemade donuts(wonderful) because the line for little donut shop on cape was at least 30 people deep and they ran out of everything twice.Will return to CSB in 2022!

Home away from home including those with disabilities

This was our 11th rental and by far the best fit for our family. Wheelchair accessibility is a top priority for us. Our teenage grandson was able to be fully independent. An added bonus was the nearby state park that offered free beach wheelchairs for day use. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond helping us. While that was a top priority, the house (and area) had something for everyone ages 4 mos to 69. We loved being able to have the boat docked at the house.

Perfect

Beautiful place. Comfy accommodations. Well stocked with necessary kitchen items. Easy access to bay with beautiful dock. Short trek to the beach. Don’t recommend spending money on golf cart rentals because they don’t allow you to really use them on the cape. Can’t drive on road or multi use path. But that had nothing to do with rental property. Excellent parking options! I brought my boat and parked it at the doc. Dog yard fenced with easy access down ramp. What more can I say - don’t renovate next year and let me rent it again ;) Thanks for a wonderful 2 weeks!

Great family getaway!

Everything you need and then some, all in good repair. Screened-in porch running the width of the house overlooking the bay was the main hangout, as was the pool. I was a little uncertain about bay front vs beachfront but the bay was a bigger hit based on the amazing dock and clear shallow water. 1 minute walk to Scully’s for great gumbo and low country boil, 3 minute ride for groceries and Weber’s Donuts. Truly worthy of 5* review.

Beautiful Bayside Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful property with lovely views of the bay and all the sunrises you could hope for. The house is very clean and comfortable. There are some books, games, and DVDs in the main living area cabinets. The TV/streaming service was hard to figure out for us older people, but the young people with us got it going. The long lighted dock is great for launching kayaks during the day and star gazing at night. The public beach access is an easy 5 minute drive down the road, but its a long walk if you decide to walk to the beach. The binder the owner left is very helpful and informative. It is helpful to know that the downstairs is like an apartment of its own and can be separated from the upstairs if desired. There is a queen room and a double bedroom downstairs, with a separate kitchen. The bunk room, master, and one more queen bedroom are upstairs with the main living spaces. We had an unfortunate sewer/septic issue while we were there, with sewage spilling out into the dog run and actually backing up into the downstairs bathroom. The management company was quick to respond with both help and cleaners to get us back to normal quickly. We stayed during COVID-19 restrictions, so we brought all of our own food for the 11 of us staying there. The kitchen is equipped to easily prepare and serve that many people. We did wish the dining table would seat more than 8, but there is ample bar seating in addition to the dining room. The nearest grocery store is 25 minutes drive away, and it was unreliably stocked - so come prepared if you rent during the pandemic. We had a great and restful time here, and we (and our pets) appreciated the many features this house offers. The photos and descriptions are accurate.

We saw sea otters , dolphins, eagles, horseshoe crabs , starfish, and collected shells. Ate some great sea food. The accomadations were great. Thanks for a wonderful month at CSB.

Dogs being there to love on every day. Pool Sand Kayaking Fire pit to make smores' Hide and seek- great place for this. Ping Pong on the dinning room table Not having to let the dogs out- the ability for them to go by their selves. A+ for whomever thought of this! Fishing Bunk beds Grill Hot Tub Peaceful and quiet- very private place Nature all around Good food around there The book on the coffee table with all the information in it! Balcony with all the family sitting and talking about their day and listen to a gentle rain and little storm in the background. Game night on New Years' Eve. Every appliance and kitchen tool you needed! Layout of the home Apartment below Whole north wing for one family Grandparents in opposite wing Screened in porches SO MANY, MANY, MORE BLESSINGS!!!! Notice that we got to have family time and not sit on electronics- special thank you! Please, PLEASE, pass this message on to the owners. WE FEEL TRUELY BLESSED!!!! Thank you also for being such a blessing to me. I was able to give my family their nicest Christmas present! OHHH... What memories they will keep.

Terrific Vacation Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Private Reserve provided everything our family desired and more. Stunning sunrise views greeted us daily. We easily launched fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding expeditions from our dock. We were thrilled at the variety of observable marine life while boating on the bay. The house itself was extremely comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all the wares a large group might need to make meal preparation easy. Everyone agreed that we want to return to this special place.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Private Reserve is the best Cape San Blas home we've stayed in so far and we've been coming here for about 15 years! All the details are covered for a fantastic large family venue. From the location, pool, hot tub and screened porches to the heavenly beds, blender, crockpot and great air conditioning we couldn't have asked for more!
