Clean, spacious, FANTASTIC Location! Close to the free City Hopper ferry, buses and walking distance to the City, Fortitude Valley, Southbank, Gabba.
Nestled in Brisbane's leafy Kangaroo Point, this gorgeous apartment has direct access to the river boardwalk via your own tree-fringed north-facing courtyard. The waterfront complex also has a lovely pool, well-equipped gym, and sauna. Restaurants, cafes, the famous Story Bridge Hotel and the Story Bridge Adventure Climb are within a 2-min walk.
The Space:
You will love this apartment... Walking distance to hotspots and the city, while being your quiet retreat!
Pool, gym, sauna, 100m from the Story Bridge Hotel, cafes, and restaurants.
Two fully furnished bedrooms with an adjoining courtyard, one with an ensuite - both rooms have comfortable beds, beside tables with a lamp, and large wardrobes. The generous living area also opens out to a large private, fenced courtyard, which in turn has a gate that opens out to the river pathway.
The apartment is super close to the city and you can walk to the city, Southbank, the "Gabba", and Fortitude Valley. The apartment in located right on the Brisbane River, which has a very long exercise track - great for cycling, running, walking, stairs, etc.
Included is a secure basement carpark. Also, there are some visitor parking spots in the building should you have a visitor.
Because the apartment is located on the ground floor with a double entrance, the place feels like a home rather than a unit.

The Neighborhood:
In close proximity there are a selection of restaurants, cafes, a couple of convenient corner stores, a great boxing gym and yoga studio. The Story Bridge Hotel is also only 100 meters away and is one of Brisbane's top pubs/bar/restaurants. There is also a bistro across the road and a fantastic tapas Japanese restaurant and deli.
Getting Around:
Transport is very easy. there are three ferry stops that are about equal distance from the apartment and the free ferry is only one stop to the city centre. There is a bus stop 120m from the apartment that goes to the The Gabba and the City.
Other Things to Note:
Parking is available for 1 car.

Unfortunately the sauna is undergoing repairs until around 21-Sept (we're told). Other facilities are all fine.
