Le porche fermé est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée. En entrant dans Mama's Happy, vous trouverez un salon spacieux avec une cuisine bien équipée et une salle à manger pour six personnes avec des sièges supplémentaires pour quatre personnes le long du bar de la cuisine. Perfect location

We just spent spring break in Seaside. My husband, myself, and our two great school children loved staying at mom is happy. There’s 100 yards from a pool and seven houses from the beach. Everything we wanted to do was walkable. Highly recommend.

The house was great — we loved the screened porch for our littles and sneaking out to the upstairs porch swing during nap time. This house was a perfect fit for our family. Homeowners Collection was also great to work with — very responsive and friendly. We did have a couple of small issues and they were on top of finding a solution quickly.

Favorite Seaside Spot!

I have been visiting Seaside since the 90s and have stayed all over the development. This property is hands down our favorite. Amazing location, easy access to the beach, very calm and comfortable decor, and well cared for. We had a minor issue with the wifi. HOC was out in minutes to resolve the issue. HOC is by far the best service in Seaside. I look for their properties first when booking in Seaside.

Great location to walk or bike everywhere in the area!

This is a nice property in a great location. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool. Beautiful house and street. Just as a heads up, be prepared to bring everything you want as this house had no coffee, creamer's, sugar and other condiments like other houses we have rented over the years. It is not a big deal, but just heads up to bring all your own stuff. And only suggestion is to add ceiling fans to both upstairs and downstairs front porches as it has a beautiful view, but too hot to enjoy it as the direction of the house gets no breeze.

The house is in a great location- close to the beach, to the pool and to the shops. We loved using the complementary bikes and also played tennis on the Seaside courts. The house was perfect for the four of us- very comfortable with great closet space, and the porches were a perfect place to gather with our extended family. It was our first time to spend Thanksgiving at the beach and we are considering making it a new tradition.
