This delightful cottage on West Looe Hill is new to the books for the 2023 season and is going to be a popular choice for lots of our guests. Just a short walk from the river's edge in West Looe and yet far enough out of town to avoid the hustle and bustle at busy times of the year. The cottage is beautifully put together and will offer a comfortable stay all year round. The stylish lounge on the ground floor is a welcoming room with original stone walls, beamed ceilings and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings in. To the rear of the cottage is a small but well-equipped kitchen which includes a gas oven, grill and hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a small dining area off the kitchen with a table and four chairs.Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the twin room has 2'6" beds which are considered more suitable for children. Beds, bedding and towels are all of high quality to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The family bathroom is a good size and has a bath with an electric shower over, WC and wash hand basin. To the rear of the cottage is a terraced garden and at the top is a Summerhouse and outdoor seating area with fire pit from where you can see the sea. There are some preliminary outside photographs which are wet and wintery but give guests an idea of the space. In the Summer months the garden is bathed in sunshine throughout the day and is a lovely spot to just sit and relax. The delights of Looe are just a short walk down the hill. The popular Jolly Sailor pub is two minutes away as well as West Looe General Stores which is a great little delicatessen-style shop. When the tide is in you can hop on the foot ferry across to the East side of Looe, or the walk round takes 10 minutes where there are numerous more shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as the main sandy beach.
