Unfortunately, when we first went into the apartment after check in time it had not been cleaned from previous guests. So our break did not start well however, after contacting the host he quickly sorted this and apologised citing a communication error. We got in 3 hours after check in time but the apartment did not disappoint it was very clean and magnificent views and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We did not have any parking permits left for us but this was not an issue, maybe as the season has only just started. Great position and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely go back despite bumpy start.

We stayed at the Ocean View Apartment in Mevagissey for a long spring weekend in April 2026 while visiting The Lost Gardens of Heligan and taking part in the Heligan parkrun — one of the best parkruns I’ve completed, with stunning scenery throughout the course.The apartment was spotless, comfortable and very welcoming. The complimentary bottle of bubbly and provisions were a lovely touch, and the beds were extremely comfortable after long days exploring the coast. The excellent walk-in shower was another standout feature.The highlight, though, was the balcony. We were lucky with sunny spring weather on Friday and Saturday and loved sitting outside with breakfast and coffee while enjoying the fantastic coastal views.The location was ideal, with an easy downhill stroll into Mevagissey harbour, giving quick access to pubs, takeaways and cafés. We particularly enjoyed an excellent takeaway from Mevagissey Spice, a good-value meal at The Ship Inn and ice cream in the sunny outdoor seating area at She Sells.The only slight downside was the very tight parking space, although it was manageable for our Renault Captur and not an issue once parked. Overall, a fantastic base for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall.

Fantastic apartment - we didn't want to leave. The view is wonderful and everything in the flat is clean and furnished to a high standard. Really helpful hosts - replied really quickly when I messaged (not that there was a problem it turned out!).Would absolutely return another time. Nothing remotely bad to say. Loved it.

Beautiful property in a great location on the hill just above Mevagissey harbour. Great views, spacious and clean and surprisingly short walk down to the harbour side. Would love to go back

Beautiful View

The apartment is perched on a hill directly overlooking the sea with amazing views. It's a short walk into town but a tough walk back up, but not too bad. The parking space is ridiculously narrow for anything other than a small car but the visitors spaces were always free. Overall a lovely apartment in a beautiful part of eth country.

Fantastic flat , very well equipped! Great location easy walk into Mevagissey, hill is quite steep but still managed to drag 3 children up & down ! Champagne on arrival was a nice touch . Great weekend many thanks !

Hi. We are a brother and sister act - born and bred within a few miles of Mevagissey. Despite us both independently moving away from our village (very unheard of) to work and experience life over the Tamar we have never ever left our roots and both always knew that we would return with our families to our beloved homeland. Ironically we both found ourselves widowed at relatively young ages. However out of heartbreak comes good and as a result we are now lucky enough to be the owners of No5 Waterfront Court & No6 Nare Court. We hope they will give you as much pleasure as they give us.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We both so love Mevagissey. It conjures up such happy memories of family life as children. Going out on mackerel fishing trips and then going home to eat the catch. Alternatively eating fish and chips or cockles and mussels from the harbour, with gulls swiping down to take part. Mevagissey just hasn't changed. It is still one of the prettiest villages in Cornwall with its busy working harbour, bustling streets and an eclectic mix of craft & gift shops. You can hang up the car keys and within minutes dine at a variety of pubs & waterfront restaurants, sampling the fresh locally caught fish. Wake up to the clanking of the boats and watch the fishermen just outside of your bedroom window. As locals we love driving the 8 miles to stay here!

No6 Nare Court is just 5 mins walk from the harbour front with its own on-site parking - a rarity in Mevagissey.

The views whilst sitting in the apartment are outstanding. Relax on the private balcony & look down into Mevagissey & gaze for miles across the ocean. You will find the location both spectacular & tranquil.
