Sugar Sands near Longhoughton in Northumberland sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
Sugar Sands is an excellent end property situated in an ideal central location on the Northumberland Heritage Coastline in the village of Longhoughton, very near to Boulmer and Alnmouth. It has been furnished and equipped to high standards in a contemporary style and is very well equipped making an excellent base to tour the coast and inland attractions with the added advantage of 2 washrooms, private parking and patio.
GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen/dining room open plan with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Utility with washer/dryer.
Cloakroom with WC and basin.
Living room with French windows onto garden, flat screen TV/DVD and living flame electric fire.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1 with double bed, en suite double power shower, WC and basin.
Bedroom 2 with double bed and sea views.
Bedroom 3 with single bed and additional single bed on request.
Bathroom with bath, over shower, WC and basin.
OTHER FACILITIES
Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Private parking. Gas central heating. All power, bed linen and towels included in rent.
