Longshore in Alnmouth, Northumberland sleeps nine guests in five bedrooms
Situated on the popular Argyle Street in the heart of Alnmouth you will find Longshore. A three-storey terraced Victorian property that has undergone complete refurbishment with an extended kitchen/diner that now offers modern, spacious accommodation for 9 guests and 2 dogs making it an ideal property for families and friends alike. Within walking distance of the golden sandy beach and Aln Estuary together with all amenities of the village close by, Longshore will be a popular choice.
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance Hall with wooden flooring.
Lounge with open fire, two comfy leather sofas, two chairs, Smart TV and wooden flooring.
Dining room with multi-fuel stove, two-seater sofa, extendable dining table and chairs.
Kitchen/diner with table and four chairs, 5 ring gas hob, single oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Patio doors to rear courtyard (3 steps down)
Cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.
FIRST FLOOR (split landing)
Steps up to both bathrooms.
Bathroom 1 with walk in shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Bathroom 2 with bath and shower over, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Steps up to the bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 with 4 poster Super King bed, bay window to front of property, chair and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 with zip and link super King size bed or two single beds, window towards the estuary and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 with single bed and wardrobe.
SECOND FLOOR (with height restriction)
Bedroom 4 with zip and link king-size bed (can be twin on request) with hanging space and velux window with estuary view.
Bedroom 5 with zip and link king-size bed (can be twin on request) with hanging space, chest of drawers and windows to the front of the property.

On Street parking with 2 parking permits provided. Private courtyard garden with gate to Riverside Road. Gas central heating. All power, linen and towels included within rent. Two dogs welcome. ÂŁ150 security deposit required.
