The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller, electric fire, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, and two twins, along with a shower room. Outside there is a wrap-around decked veranda with furniture, a private hot tub for guests to enjoy all year round, and a private driveway for one car. Two well-behaved small dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1 mile, a pub on-site, and Lake Windermere in 0.6 miles. 25 Thirlmere is a wonderful base for a family looking to explore Cumbria. Note: The veranda is not enclosed. Note: There are steps up to the lodge; there are also 3 steps from the parking space to the front of the lodge which have no handrail. Note: Guests have access to a variety of on-site amenities, including a pub/restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, a launderette, and children's play area. Note: Due to lakeside location, children should be supervised. Note: Due to the site's rural location, WiFi signal can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier keypad providing vehicular access to the park.
