Newly built apartment in a modern complex of buildings, a few steps from Bologna high-speed railway line.The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator and with a view of the park in front. The entrance opens onto the living room, furnished in a minimal style with a double sofa bed in black leather and a dining table set in front of a wide French-window which gives access to the covered terrace.Besides the living room there is the kitchen, equipped with all amenities, including an oven and a dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two single beds which can be put together to make a queen-size bed, and a walk-in closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.Free wifi, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
