Within the elegant estate of Palazzo di Varignana, with a view of the Bologna skyline, is Villa Pergola. A villa in stone and plaster expertly restored a few years ago, using natural stones from which derive the names of the 4 suites and furnished in shabby chic style; it is the ideal place for those who love privacy and nature without renouncing all the comforts of a five-star hotel. In fact, being part of the Palazzo di Varignana estate, guests can take advantage of extra services such as dining in one of the three restaurants, being pampered in the 4000 sq m SPA with 7 outdoor pools or visiting the farm and doing wine tasting in the cellar. Interior:
Villa Pergola has three floors. The ground floor is composed of the living area, consisting of an entrance with console going down 3 steps you come to the sitting room, with smart TV,  dining area with ornamental fireplace equipped with an elegant square table and the fully-equipped kitchen. To the right of the entrance is the Avorio suite, with ivory dominant in this suite consisting of a sitting area, a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. The sleeping area of the villa is to be found on the two upper floors. The Cobalto suite (the most spacious) consists of a sitting room with cyclette, a double bedroom, a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower and tub. Continuing on, the Ardesia suite is composed of a sitting room, a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the top floor is the Grafite suite, with a large double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. The floor is complete with a guest bathroom equipped with a washer-dryer.

Park:
The property lies in the Palazzo di Varignana estate. The villa is surrounded by about 4,000 sq m of garden planted with lawn and embellished with Mediterranean bushes and flowers that lend a touch of colour to this oasis of greenery and tranquillity. The villa has a pergola equipped with a dining table, ideal for pleasant breakfasts but also for outdoor lunches and dinners.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa. The villa has a surveillance system for the outdoor spaces.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is only a few metres from the house, in a predominant position with respect to the property and can be reached via an easy path across the garden. The rectangular pool, measuring 13 x 4,50 with a constant depth of 1,40 m, is lined in PVC and has chlorine purification, lighting and steps for access to the water. The solarium area, partly paved and partly lawn, is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and hot and cold-water showers. Beside the pool are two hot tubs with water that can be heated to 32 degrees. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
