About The Property
From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the sense of luxury with motion sensor lighting, a stunning oak staircase, and engineered oak flooring throughout much of the home. The heart of the property is a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, ideal for socialising, relaxing, and creating lasting memories. Enjoy a film on the 50” Smart TV, or stream your favourite music through the Sonos sound system with integrated ceiling speakers.
The fully equipped kitchen includes double ovens, a five-ring gas hob, dual air fryer, combi microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, and a central island with breakfast bar seating perfect for casual meals or entertaining. Bi-folding doors open from the living and dining areas onto the decked sun lounge and enclosed garden, while French doors lead to the rear patio and barbecue area, offering multiple outdoor spaces for relaxation or alfresco dining.
Laurel Cottage comfortably accommodates 10 guests across five bedrooms, two with en-suite facilities. Each bedroom is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring underfloor heating with individual thermostats, Smart TVs, USB sockets, fitted wardrobes, and luxury laminate flooring. Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£100) or provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£500) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)
Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and add pets at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared pets are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.
Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger; use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.
