Villa Pointe Milou by Fantasia Villas

Renowned local architect Francois Pecard was the mastermind behind Villa Pointe Milou (POM), a newly built property on the island’s wild northeastern coast. The luxury rental home is airy and easy to live in. Throughout, it is true to the spirit of St. Barth and the Caribbean lifestyle.

Given its point on a promontory in the lineup of villas above the Christopher hotel, Villa Pointe Milou has striking views over the sea. The hotel, with its restaurants, spa, and other amenities, is within easy walking distance from the villa.

All four of the bedrooms are luxurious, making the villa a good choice for extended families with adult children or groups of friends traveling together. Three of the bedrooms are in freestanding pavilions on the upper level, accessible by the inside and outside. One is on the left side of the central living room, and the other two are on the right side. These two can be connected.

These three bedrooms are nearly identical. Each has a king bed or two twins that can be pushed together to make a king. They all have ensuite bathrooms with rain showers.

The fourth bedroom is downstairs next to the small fitness room. The former has another king bed and a private terrace. The latter has a Peloton Bike, which offers many possibilities for working out.

The air-conditioned main room is the central gathering space. It has a living room with a long couch and a well-equipped kitchen with a large island that also serves as a breakfast bar. The TV, which has U.S. satellite and Apple TV, can swivel between the living room and kitchen. The Sonos sound system keeps the music playing throughout the main room.

Outside, a large heated pool appears to soften into the ocean below. The deck extends the entire length of the villa, with defined areas for dining and relaxing.
