The Space:
The Villa is built on three levels. The main level includes two bedrooms opening onto a charming patio, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a heated swimming pool.
The two main bedrooms are located on the lowest level, both opening onto a pleasant terrace. The independent studio is located on the upper level. The Villa is an airy and welcoming villa, ideal for family holidays or holidays with friends in St Barths.
LIVING & DINING AREA: Lounge in the large room with ocean view, with two sofas and two armchairs, flat screen TV with TNT, Dish Network, Satellite Channel and Sonos sound system, WIFI, ceiling fan. Rectangular wooden dining table for twelve people, facing the ocean and the pool. Outdoor living room by the pool.
KITCHEN: Ocean view kitchen, located on the left side of the large room, with a high bar table, equipped with gas oven and stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, ice maker, wine cellar, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, ceiling fan, electric kettle, Sonos sound system. Service for twelve people. Outdoor gas barbecue.
