Lovely property, nice and spacious. Easy booking process along with stay experience. Even the extra beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Excellent spot

Very clean and serene and spacious. Property manager was very responsive to inquiries. Close to transit. I would be happy to stay again. Also appreciated not being in a tourist dense neighborhood- although I recognize that I was one.

I loved EVERYTHING about this apartment. I wish I can keep it to myself as a secret so I can keep coming back here but I cannot gatekeep! Lol The location? PERFECT. Right of the high vibe, bustling streets of Deptford High street. Close to multiple trains, great eats and the local markets of fresh foods. The culture is unmatched. The home? SPOTLESS. I was pleasantly surprised at how much SPACE it gave me. An entire living room, updated kitchen, separate bedroom, walk in his/hers closet and great size bathroom. I couldnt help but praise Sean and his wonderful property. Keep in mind it is the floor level, but there are blinds used for privacy. Easy check-in and check - out. And the host responded very quickly and efficiently. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

Too hot

The property has 2 small windows that partially open. That and a Dyson fan were not enough to cool off the unit. It was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Curtains should be put up. It is too bright and you can see shadows across the front door.

Hi Christine, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback of your stay, is it much appreciated and helps us to keep building and improving guest experiences. I do feel it is slightly unfair to give such a low rating due to the apartment not having curtains as it is clearly stated in listing images and description that the property has blinds. Curtains are a subjective preference and the appropriate property should be booked if this feature is important too you. In regards to the apartment being too hot the main window also does open fully, you have to turn the handle to the correct angle, which is detailed in property instruction manual. A top of the range cooling fan is also supplied but we was experiencing a heat wave; so the whole of London had a pretty uncomfortable few nights. Sorry this happened during your stay but unfortunately the weather is out of our hands. All the best, Kind regards, Sean

Not an apartment more a studio flat/Shop Front?

'This old retail unit' Yes, felt like sleeping in a shop window, with no curtains at the door or windows, therefore bright lights throughout the night, no sleep! No bedroom door, so no privacy! Noisy water pipes during the night when the flats above turn on the taps. Paid the cleaning change, however the flat was cleaner after we stayed. Paid an extra £20 for a third guest, the bedding was just jammed into an IKEA zip bag, didn't look clean. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place.

Hi Martin, I think the pictures and descriptions are very fair and accurate representation of the apartment. Over 150 reviews (including an average 4.9 cleaning rating) on various platforms and this is the first negative one. Really sorry you didn’t have a nice stay though. Es war super!

Es ist ein tolles Apartment. Sehr geräumig und hell. Fürs Kind wurde ein Gästebett im Wohnzimmer aufgestellt und es war trotzdem noch so viel Platz. Es war sauber und toll eingerichtete. Auch ein super Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche. Einzig die Stufe hoch zum WC kann für jemanden mit Mobilitätsschwierigkeiten zur Herausforderung werden. Es gibt viele Laden und Restaurants in der Nähe und mit der DLR ist man auch ganz schnell in der Stadt oder bei der nächsten U-Bahn. Der Kontakt zu Sean (Vermieter) war schnell, sehr freundlich und total unkompliziert. Beim ersten Frühstück ging beim Toasten der Rauchmelder an, da er direkt über der Küche angebracht ist. Es hilft hier Dunstabzugshaube einzuschalten ;-) Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.
