The space
Welcome to your home away from home; a comfortable and well-connected apartment in a prime location in London.
Picture yourself relaxing in the living area, with its tasteful decor and cosy feel. Whether youâre spending your time chilling out with friends, working from home, or youâre coming back after a long day of exploring the city, you can take the weight off your feet and make yourself at home!
In the kitchen, youâll find everything you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sat around the dining table.
The bedrooms have a super comfortable double size bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. Thereâs also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in.
The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
Please note that a fee of ÂŁ60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.
The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
No parties will be tolerated - and an extra ÂŁ250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken. We have CCTV cameras recording the property entrance.
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the KeysÂź personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the KeysÂźâs Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
