Luxury house on the water with harbour views & parking - pet friendly!

The Watch House is a unique four storey newly built house with incredible 180 degree views over the estuary, Flushing and the Roseland Peninsula. From the living room and the balcony you can see both Pendennis and St Mawes Castle . It is the only house on the Historic Custom House Quay and is right in the centre of town. Most guests are surprised to find they do not need a car as you can walk to all the best beaches ,local ferry services, independent shops,fishmonger,cafes,bakers, pubs, and restaurants. The house which sleeps 8 guests has 3 bedrooms all with en-suites bathrooms ( and if required another living room with 2 sofa beds on the 4th floor can be used as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom ). All bedrooms have views over the estuary and / or Custom House Harbour. The living room is on the third floor to take advantage of the spectacular views. From the living room and the balcony you can see both St Mawes Castle and Pendinnis Castle.Guests have commented the house is rather like living on a luxury boat as the rear walls of the house go straight into in the water. Thus in the rear bedrooms you hear the soothing sound of the sea lapping against the walls - the perfect sleep aid! On the fourth floor there is a second smaller sitting room (with 2 sofa beds) and a large balcony overlooking the estuary and Custom House Quay .

The Watch House is the only house on the historic Custom House Quay , just a few minutes walk to local shops, pubs, coffee bars and restaurants. It is only a short stroll to Gyllyngvase Beach, a blue flag status beach.

Parking is available for £50 per week on the quay for one car.Additional parking is available 10 minutes walk away for £25 per week.
