The villa is fully equipped and furnished, has two bedrooms with bathroom, ensuite with bathtub.
The living room is spacious and equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace. The windows are double glazed and give access to the garden overlooking the golf course. The kitchen has access to the upper terrace with views of the coast and sea.
The property is located in a quiet area with outdoor parking.

The pool of the complex is managed by the local Restaurant, conditions of use and any fees that are charged are not responsibility of the property owners.

For reasons of force majeure, we cannot accept reservation from guests attending to festivals.

For reservations in the winter period (January to March) the electricity consumption is charged extra.

Advise us if you require an extra bed, travel cot or baby high chair so we can leave it in the property for your arrival.
