Escape the hustle and bustle below and enjoy a view of the treetops up in our light and airy two bedroom flat. Situated directly opposite the green space of Stamford Brook Common (jogging, dog-walking, small children's playground) on the quiet, residential Stamford Brook Avenue, it's a peaceful pied-à-terre.

We absolutely loved the flat! It's close to the underground station Stamford Brook and bus route 94, a quiet neighborhood with a nice park just across the street. It's a victorian house with the typical windows, on the top floor of the building. We were travelling with small kids and really enjoyed our stay. tthe top floosör aä the top

Great place for week long stay

This property is as described and a great value for what you get: well located, clean and fully appointed. Also good communication with host and easy check in and out. We do not have mobility issues, but if you have trouble with stairs you may want to search elsewhere. Highly recommend. Will stay again. Thanks.

Great stay for our first time in London

I visited London with my partner, sister, and cousin. This flat was perfect for the 4 of us. The location is in a cute neighborhood, we explored around and it had great restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops within walking distance. It was also across from a huge dog park which was amazing to see the doggies and we even sat at the park a couple days with some bakery treats. The flat is just a few minute walk to the Underground to get to downtown London, so that was a big plus making it so easy to get to and from downtown. The place was clean and had amenities and was just as it was listed.

Lovely stay!

My family really enjoyed staying at this fun flat. Great, quiet location (we all enjoyed watching the dogs across the street) close to everything. We only ate breakfast in, but the kitchen looked well equipped for more serious cooking. Comfortable beds, quirky but functional space. The owner kindly allowed early check-in on our arrival date, which we really appreciated. We'd definitely stay here again!

Everything was very fine. Close to the tube and bus, very quiet and full equiped kitchen. Just the few stairs could make it not suitable for disabled people.

Hidden Secret Away from Busy London

We had a wonderful stay in this flat. The owner was extremely responsive and very kind. We had everything we needed available to us in the flat, including all kitchen, utensils, dishes, hairdryers, etc. We would not hesitate at all to stay here again.

Loved It!

Really loved this funky apartment, perfect for couple and our adult daughter. Close to the underground and easy to get anywhere in London. Really comfortable and quiet location, kitchen was super and well stocked. Loved the open beams, wooden floors and all the touches. Thank you :)

Great West London Flat

We really enjoyed this west London flat - easy access to the Stamford brook tube station, a Sainsburys for groceries, and also great bus access. Flat was fully equipped - perfect for our family of four in a quiet neighborhood. We especially liked the pubs along the Thames as well as the Duchess just around the corner.

Stamford Brook clean and well equipped

Close to tube, large windows, lots of light and everything we needed for a long weekend. Stayed with our two 20 something kids. Bathroom and beds are tight spaces but doable for a family.

We Loved our Stay!

This flat is beautiful and had everything we needed. We appreciated the short walk to the tube and easy access to everything we wanted to do in London. We also enjoyed the neighborhood - especially the nearby grocer and the pub around the corner!! Nearby Richmond was also a lovely place to spend the evening. The host could not have been more accommodating and quick to respond if we needed anything. We only saw one neighbor and he was lovely. I highly recommend!!

Perfect apartment for week in London

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood close to tube station, pubs and food store. Communication was easy, the host was very helpful with all my questions leading up to the week. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

Excellent all around

It was a pleasure to stay in this loft flat. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The flat was lovely; it was clean and had all necessary amenities including some food supplies in the pantry- much appreciated. It was easy to get into London city either by bus or train. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location and lovely apartment

Emily was a great host! Communication was quick, which made the check-in process so easy - a relief after the long flight we’d had! The apartment was also clean and lovely, with everything we needed readily available. The location was an extra perk too - walking distance to the bus and train stops, both of which take you to the heart of London with no fuss. Thanks for everything Emily!

Great Flat

Great flat. Very clean and it looks just like the pictures. Probably the best stocked flat I've ever rented as well. A quick note for others. There are quite a few stairs to contend with, which could be an issue. Otherwise, i would highly recommend.

Closy Apartment

We had 5 wonderful days in London and felt really comfortable in the specially cut and lovingly furnished apartment. Everything worked out perfectly and nothing was missing. It was easy to visit London by bus and train. When the sun is shining, a park opposite the apartment attracts.
