Ideal for a family or family and friends to share, the house is arranged over three floors and can accommodate up to 8/9 people.
At street level there is a large open plan living area with sitting room, including wood burning fireplace, kitchen area, dining area and covered, arched, terrace with views over the open countryside. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious shared terrace providing open views to the surrounding countryside
Downstairs is a second lounge area with flat screen TV. There are glass doors off to a patio and covered, arched terrace with its own pool. There are also two bedrooms with shared bathroom and a utility room with washing machine and sink. Under the arched terrace is an outside shower which doubles as a paddling pool for small children
The house is equipped with the latest aero thermic heating and cooling system which provides a comfortable indoor temperature all year round. In the summer the radiators can provide air conditioning and in winter heating - all controlled thermostatically. The kitchen is equipped with all new Bosch appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a flat screen TV, DVD player and radio, CD player which allows blue-tooth access so you can stream music or play programming from your own internet connected device
