Le bâtiment 16 est au centre du village sur la ceinture de verdure dans un endroit calme à l'écart des routes. 16E est une unité de l'étage supérieur avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan en regardant directement dans la ceinture de verdure. Il a une grande véranda, un lit king dans la chambre avec une télévision à écran plat, un système split A / C avec des commandes séparées pour la chambre et le salon. Le salon a de nouveaux tapis et meubles et une télévision connectée de 55 pouces. La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils et de belles vues sur l'océan. De la chambre à coucher, le lever du soleil sur My Haleakala est un site génial.

Wailea Ekahi Village16E a des plafonds voûtés et est situé au centre du village à l'écart des bruits de la route. La cuisine Ekahi 16E est entièrement équipée. Inclus avec la vue pittoresque sur l'océan depuis la fenêtre de la cuisine, un ensemble complet de vaisselle et d'argenterie avec toutes les nécessités et les extras que vous trouverez dans votre propre cuisine à la maison. Cuisinière pleine grandeur avec grand four et grilloir, micro-ondes, grille-pain, réfrigérateur de grande capacité, évier double face avec élimination, mélangeur, vastes ensembles d'ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles et poêles, couverts et lave-vaisselle intégré pour vous aider à revenir à la plage pressé. Il y a beaucoup d'espace dans le salon et la salle à manger pour se détendre et lire, savourer un bon repas, regarder la télévision, écouter votre musique préférée ou regarder les baleines passer (en saison). Avec le revêtement ouest, une porte coulissante en verre surdimensionnée et des plafonds voûtés de 30 pieds de haut, le salon et la salle à manger ont une sensation très ouverte, lumineuse et aérée. La chambre spacieuse dispose d'un lit king-size avec matelas et sommiers neufs. Les vues du matin depuis la véranda de la chambre vous offrent de magnifiques levers de soleil sur Haleakala, le plus grand volcan dormant du monde. De la véranda de la chambre, vous pourrez également profiter du cadre luxuriant et tropical du jardin à travers les collines orientales du village d'Ekahi.

Great unit with sunset view

This is a great unit with excellent sunset views. The unit was clean and comfortable and a perfect location for exploring the area. The owner is easy to contact. I appreciated the unit and resort instructions were received well before we arrived.

PERFECTION

We absolutely love these condos. You can not get any better on Maui than this - at this price point. Wonderful beach and fantastic snorkeling right out your front door. Turtles and fish !! The grounds are so meticulous and gorgeous !! The main pool and kitchen area is fabulous. If you aren’t in the mood for allot of people go to one of the other 3 or 4 pools. The balcony is perfect for drinking wine or coffee - just heaven. The host was great to work with. SO many great places close by. Aloha

Amazing in every way!

This is the most beautiful property and location. We can’t say enough good things about it. The condo was the best equipped VRBO property we’ve ever stayed in. The view is incredible. All of the amenities of this complex couldn’t be better. The snorkeling is fantastic in and around the beach in front of the complex and we took daily advantage of that. Thank you, Joan, for this incredible vacation spot!

Great Condo!

The property is well managed and maintained. Gardeners are constantly working and maintaining the property which makes it absolutely beautiful! The pool and and pavilion are also clean and well maintained. Easy access to a wonderful beach. Our unit had AC in the living room and bedroom which added to our comfort. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This property has a fantastic location close to the beach! There are 3 pools one that is right at the beach entrance. BBQs were recently removed from unit decks and are now in central locations. A bit inconvenient but most condo complex’s are going this route due to insurance. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Condo for Wailea

16E is a perfect upper floor condo in the Ekahi Village! We’ve been going to the Ekahi for years and never tried staying in a second floor unit. This unit had a beautiful view of the ocean and was in a perfect location. We weren’t close to the road and we were close enough to the pool and pavilion area that we could come up and grab things in a short walk. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

Best Location

Great stay in Wailea

Everything was just as described, couldn't ask for more. The view was outstanding, wether you sit out on the lanai or inside with the air conditioning, the view down the green belt and the ocean is great. The TV was the largest I've seen in a condo, perfect to wind down at the end of the night with a movie. Beach chairs and large umbrellas saved us the headache of going somewhere to rent. Everything was very clean and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

Dreaming of our return trip

We loved this place and will be sure to book again. Joan was a great host! The location was amazing - beaches, pool, big green grass area to play. The unit was great with a full kitchen, laundry and a huge king bed. I loved walking the beaches and proximity to the best parts of Maui!

Dream location right at the beach

The Eikea Village is a wonderful quiet location to stay right next to the wonderful Wilea beaches in Maui. Just a short walk down the lawn and you are at the beach. After watching the sun set in the evening, you can continue swimming in the illuminated pool. There is also a small reef to snorkel and see lots of different fishes right next to the beach acess of the village. The condo itself had everything to ask for, washer/dryer, A/C living room and bed room, wifi, TV with Netflix, equipped kitchen. Would definitely come here again for our next Maui visit.

Great stay in Wailea

This was an excellent stay in Wailea. The location is fantastic, and the value is great. We were able to walk to our favorite beaches, snorkeling spots, and restaurants. The unit is well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our trip. We'd love to stay here again on our next visit to Maui. Thank you Joan!

The property was great.

The lanai faces the ocean and greenbelt. From there you can see whales and the most gorgeous sunset in the world. The view of the mountains are just spectacular. Just perfect.

Great from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. Joan made everything easy and was attentive to any concern. When we had a problem she was there in a fish to fix it. The unit was perfectly placed in Ekahi with an incredible view. It had every convenience that one could think of. I would highly recommend working with Joan. We love Ekahi!

We have stayed at Ekahi several times and this is one of the best-located units in the lower complex. Very close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. This is a lovely condo — well appointed and very comfortable for a couple. Ekahi is a beautiful and friendly resort with gorgeous grounds and the best beach on the island. We enjoyed everything about our week in paradise.

A tropical and romantic spot for a holiday with just steps to the best beach on Maui.

Wailea Ekahi 16E is a lovely condo, well furnished and appointed, with beautiful views of the surrounding greenbelt and just steps from the ocean with the best beach on Maui. There are four pools on the grounds, and a place to play a fun game of shuffle board. The pool pavilion is very nice. It was perfect for our vacation.

Ekahi Village is the best value in Wailea!

We recently spent 12 days in Maui and we were thrilled about choosing to stay in the Wailea area. The Ekahi Village grounds (and the high end hotels throughout Wailea) were well kept with beautiful flowers. A five minute a walk (downhill) to the main pool and beach. Condo was very clean and well equipped (including numerous beach amenities). AC unit in bedroom and living room was really not needed, as the condo has multiple fans combined with slatted windows that create great air circulation. The king size bed is always welcome, but this condo has a very firm mattress. We discovered a padded mattress cover in the closet and that helped a little. Keep in mind, when the windows are open, you can hear people from several units surrounding this condo (and they can hear you!). It was an issue when parents of screaming toddler children were up at 5:30AM and adults staying up until midnight chatting away on their lanais. Security was helpful to enforce the night noise problem, but are not available in the early morning hours. The Ekahi Village is located close to Shops of Wailea, miles of paved walking paths and numerous restaurants. It's also less than 30 minutes to Costco, which has everything you'll find on the mainland plus numerous island delicacies at a great price. Fresh meat and fish was $10/pound cheaper on average than Safeway in Kihei. The Condo has the cleanest VRBO gas grill that I have used (over 30 years of renting condos) which we cooked fresh fish nightly. Joan responds quickly to your inquiries and returns your deposit in a timely manner. We will back to Wailea!

Ekahi Village is a unique Low Rise Complex set on 35 beautiful landscaped acres with open greenbelt areas. It was the first beach front complex built in Wailea. In front is Keawakapu Beach, an uncrowded beach lined with multi million homes.

Large Ocean Front Pool and Pavilion, plus 3 additional pools. There are also a Paddle Board Court and Shuffle Board. Walking Distance to all the 5 Star Hotels in Wailea and Wailea Shopping Center.
