Supermarkets very close by. Bus stop just steps away. Metro 24 augusto a little farther down the street. Host Leo was the best.

The host Leo gave us a very warm welcome. Great communication and always quick to respond. He gave us a lot of information and ideas for our stay in Porto. The apartment was very clean and at proximity to many tourist attractions.

Very welcoming, helpul and accommodating. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Was well equipped except for bread knife, we donated one. Really, could not have been happier. We stayed for a month. We liked the neighborhood. Lidl 10 minute walk, another nice grocery store 3 minute walk. The recommended restaurants were great, especially the Churrasqueira restaurant. Not fancy, but great ribs and potatoes.

We had a wonderful week at this delightful, well appointed and spacious apartment. It was ideally situated for exploring Porto on foot. The property manager (Leo) was excellent, providing us with great local information.

Leo was very helpful. He gave us some great recommendations for bakeries ,restaurants and a nail place for us ladies. The appartment was clean. Everything you needed was available. For those that want to explore, it was a good 30min walk to the main city center, but there is so much to see with churches and little spots to stop and have a coffee that it made the walk seem quick. Would come back here and stay.

Great stay, construction next door

My daughter and I stayed here for three week a this summer and had a great time. Home was well equipped to meet our needs. The main issue was the construction. They are building a building next door and start promptly hammering, dropping lumber at 7:30 am Monday-Saturday. There is no chance of sleeping in in the back bedroom, and the front you should bring a sound machine. The property is amazing, just something to be aware of.

Stay in Porto

Porto was our first stop on our Portugal vacation and we were quite happy with everything. My wife, mother, 13-yo son and I spent four nights in this lovely apartment. It was fully equipped with everything one needs for a stay. It was clean, bright, well laid out and in a great location. We walked downtown and took Ubers back up since it was hilly and we were with a senior. Leo was terrific -- very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate via WhatsApp. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this apartment to any family. Thank you for a great stay and a wonderful experience! Obrigado!

Great Value Stay In Porto

This is a very nice, clean, and comfortable two bedroom, two full baths which is very secure apartment and within about 100 feet of the city bus system. It is well equipped for food preparation. Parking is on the street. The bus system provide quick access to the central part of the city. There is a local supermarket across the street and a Lidl about 4 blocks (short walk) up the street. There are several very good restaurants within a short walk. We were very comfortable here.

Great place for great price

This property is exactly as listed. Well-designed space was a pleasure to stay in for 4 adults. 5th adult joined us for last days of visit and was comfortable on sofa bed! Groceries near. 20-30 min walk to central district and Dom Luis Bridge. Local coffee & pastry shops. Good local restaurants a bit lower cost than in downtown - bonus! Easy to get to attractions. Hosts very responsive. Great stay!

Luxurious appartment

We absolutely loved the apartment. A little further from city centre than we expected, but the apartment made up for it. Easy to go down, a little harder to come back up. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are super luxurious. Lots of channels on tv. Rooms were a little noise (you can bear neighbours and cars/yelling on the street), but we got used to it pretty quick. Lots of coffee shops and small convenience stores in the area.

A lovely scouting trip

This was an amazing stay. I am currently looking into relocating to Porto, and this was the perfect location. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The apartment was accessible to everything from public transportation to restaurants and super markets. I would love to return her when I come back to Porto. My only negative was that occasionally the wifi was weak or not working. But when there was an issue the owner of the property was prompt and aided in correcting the issue. He was kind, informative, and extremely helpful ..

Light, airy and clean

Nice large towel sheets, comfortable beds, shower gel and shampoo there. Walk to riverfront 15mins on way down, 25 mins on way back due to steep hill, however taxi ride up only around 6 euros. When asked for extra hangers they were promptly supplied. Would suggest milk in fridge on arrival as sometimes flights are delayed and grocery stores shut at 9.30pm. There is Lidl up the road, patisserie and butcher round the corner.

Payment Issue

The property was as advertised however it was irritating to have the host chase us for the final payment the day following our departure. VRBO should have taken that payment from my credit card weeks prior to that.

The hostess was wonderful, helpful and caring. The apartment needs a deep cleaning. Black mold in showers and around some window frames. These are minor. The real problem are the homeless/addicts living in the tunnel beside the apartments. Their noisy, especially late at night. Witnessed several police incidents, several requiring ambulances and two heated arguments. At NO TIME did we feel threatened, Just sad and tired. We stayed 30 days.

Nice modern facility with comfortable beds. Location somewhat dumpy. Homeless drunks in area. We had two family adults stay with us two nights. There was shouting and screaming at 2:30 AM so not good rest. Only came with two sets of towels. Usually there are four even for a one bedroom. Had to ask/beg for additional towels when family arrived. Then they wanted to change us additional money. Property manager was very nice but didn't tell us she was going on holiday or provide an alternative contact. This caused extra discontent when trying to get adequate number of towels for a two bedroom apartment.

I would like to clarify that: This reservation was made for 2 guests. Only two people paid for their stay. However, the guest brought the whole family to the apartment, and demanded more towels, for the extra family members who were in the apartment and did not pay for their stay. And the number of people in the reserve must be respected. More people than the number defined in the reservation are not allowed in the apartment.
