We loved the location! We were close to everything without being right in the middle of the busiest areas! The laundry area was convenient. We loved having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms!

This 3 bedroom was very clean. That was about the only positive. Very awkward set up...all 3 bedrooms up their own very narrow staircase n all bathrooms on 1st floor so dangerous if u use the br during the night. Also 2 of the 3 bathrooms down their own separate hall, looks like they were different units at one time. Kitchen was the nicest area.

Beautiful property in a less busy area of town. FANTASTIC breakfast next door. Three full bedrooms with AC and three full baths - lots of privacy - AND a couch to sleep on if needed. Very nice host with quick answers to all!

The flat is as described , very close to everything , the street for the entrance of the flat is not very nice surroundings , but you do 2 blocks and you are right in the heart of the city . Flat as described is very very Low celings , all the rest oka .

Very clean and spacious apartment. It had plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out and relax. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The location was great. It is very close to Bolhao market, the metro, plenty of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It has a washing machine and a clever laundry rack that is lowered from the ceiling in a sunny airy room. It worked very well drying clothes. Communication was prompt and self check-in was very easy. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Great flat in very convenient location. Unique and creative use of space to accommodate 7 friends. Only complaint is pull out bed was uncomfortable. Not a complaint, but the back bathrooms lack privacy in the showers. Overall, just fine for a weekend stay. We loved Porto!

A nice place for our trip

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is as advertised. And the location is a good one for exploring Porto. There are a lot of stairs up into the bedrooms so while there is a lift to get to the apartment, it is a challenge for anyone who Cannot take stairs up to the bedrooms. There is one small pullout couch in the kitchen/living area that could work. The place was very clean. We did have some issues with the circuits being thrown and some lights out, but the contacts was very responsive and getting it fixed. There is a little market literally next-door and within two blocks quite a few restaurants that made it easy.

We were a group of 8. Location was perfect for us. The apartment was clean and very unique with the layout of beds/bathrooms but it worked just fine. The only complaint was the communication with the Host. I received an email with the wrong dates of stay and asking if we wanted linens and towels for extra charge. I thought it was all included and panic when I saw the dates were incorrect. Since it was maybe a month before check in date, I contacted the Host. No reply. Tried several times via the website, nothing. Ended up contacting VRBO to intercede for me and they stated that it was a legit reservation and the dates that we had were correct. Again, no contact from Host. About 2 days prior to check in, we got an email stating the procedures to check in. We followed the instructions but they were incorrect. The keys were not in the box as instructed. We called the Host, and again nothing. Eventually, we found the keys in the box at the apartment upstairs. Communication was very lacking to say the least. Everything else was perfect. The building has a lift but to get to any of the beds, you have to climb stairs. All the beds are in a loft style. If you are tall, you will hit your head in the lofts. We did use the sofa bed which was in the kitchen area and it was very comfy. Liked I said, it worked for us.

Bon emplacement, en voiture se garer simple dans la rue gratuit 19h à 09h Possibilité à 50m dans parking public max 14 euros pour 24h. Déco sympa Tout serait parfait mais Rue bruyante pas facile de laisser fenêtres ouvertes propreté à revoir quand on est arrivés après 1700 kms, sol sale avec traces nourriture sable, aussi sur table du salon Impossibilité de nettoyer car pas d'aspirateur ni éponge produit entretien Egalement pas de condiment (huile sel poivre..) excepté quelques sachets provenant des restaurants voisins qui ne suffisent évidemment pas pour 8 jours. Nous sommes allés acheter tout ça. Impossible d'avoir quelqu'un en direct que par messages. On nous a proposé que l'équipe d'entretien revienne le lendemain nous avons accepté résultat peu convainquant tâches tjs présentes que j'ai pu enlever avec 1 éponge. Le balai acheté a été utilisé dont une partie a été abîmée. Les balayures laissées pas mises dans la poubelle. également 1 poignée des douches cassée, la télé au mur bancale, les câbles dénudés apparents (contrairement à la photo du site), éclairage salle de bain dysfonctionne, porte frigo cabossée.....on nous a proposé un intervention nous avons refusé car nous étions là en vacances et pas être témoins de travaux censés être faits avant Pas de flyers sur visites restaurants. Ressenti négligence envers hôtes objectif business. Habitués à voyager 1ère fois sans échange sur place avec propriétaire très décevant. Aucun geste commercial de proposé.
