There is an on-site shop and pub (opening hours subject to seasonal opening hours). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Town: Tosside is a small, picturesque village in the Yorkshire Dales, located between the Forest of Bowland and the Dales themselves and about fifteen miles from Skipton, also known as The Gateway to the Dales. After boundary changes in the 1970s, the village, which was historically a part of Yorkshire, is now split between the two counties of Yorkshire to the east and Lancashire to the west. There is a community centre, church, and bar in the village. While the fells, moors, and picturesque valleys of the Dales rise to the north, the wetlands of the Ribble Valley rise to the south, and the magnificent wilderness of Bowland rises to the west.
