Town: Tosside is a small, picturesque village in the Yorkshire Dales, located between the Forest of Bowland and the Dales themselves and about fifteen miles from Skipton, also known as The Gateway to the Dales. After boundary changes in the 1970s, the village, which was historically a part of Yorkshire, is now split between the two counties of Yorkshire to the east and Lancashire to the west.
