The Villa, which is perfectly presented and very well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay, was completely refurbished and redecorated in 2022. Every care has been taken to ensure maximum quality and comfort throughout. The modern interior offers a spacious and stylish design characterised by neutral floors & walls, white beams and tasteful soft furnishings. High ceilings and large windows ensure that the property is filled with natural light and air. A superb open plan lounge / dining area complete with modern kitchen provides the perfect space for everyone to come together. The modern kitchen is extremely well equipped with all mod cons, high quality kitchen equipment, ample fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and much more! Accommodation wise, the Villa offers a total of 4 bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom plus 4 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are beautifully appointed, well equipped and offer built-in wardrobes. The master offers a large walk-in wardrobe. The owner provides shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. Hot / cold air conditioning available throughout.



This fantastic villa provides a tranquil oasis with private landscaped gardens which are meticulously maintained, spacious covered terraces, a barbecue and a private heated ** swimming pool (10m x 5m) ! Additional features include a Table Tennis Table and a Trampoline. The ample exterior covered terrace provides the perfect spot for exterior dining ‘alfresco’ and relaxing. **NEW for 2024 - the property now offers pool heating - available on request (extra charges apply).



From the villa, you can easily visit many beautiful villages, beaches and see much of the beautiful island. A CAR would be essential, the old town of Pollensa is just under 10 minutes’ drive where you will find a fantastic selection of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and much more! Palma is a mere 30 drive.

- (Update February 2026): A new villa is under construction on the plot opposite. Work takes place during normal daytime hours, with some construction noise possible. The site is completely out of sight on the north side, so terraces, pool, garden, and most bedrooms remain unaffected.
