The apartment

This spacious and fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment (102 mÂČ / 1,098 sq ft) is located in Amsterdam’s Museum District, just a 2-minute walk from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, and situated on Amsterdam’s most prestigious shopping street, home to international luxury brands such as Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co. and Prada.

The apartment is spread over two floors and offers privacy, comfort, and a practical layout that works exceptionally well for longer stays.

Both bedrooms are located on the lower floor, each featuring a high-quality king-size boxspring bed (180 × 200 cm / 71 × 79 in) with a comfortable topper, designed for excellent sleep quality. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub, as well as a separate guest toilet.

The upper floor hosts the living area and kitchen, connected via an indoor staircase (15 steps). The living space is bright and inviting, ideal for relaxing or working from home, and opens onto a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for everyday cooking as well as longer-term living. An additional half bathroom (toilet with sink) is located on this floor.

For year-round comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, kitchen, and downstairs hallway, fans in both bedrooms, and exterior sunscreens to keep the apartment cool during warmer months.

The apartment has its own private entrance within the building (no elevator), offering a quiet and independent feel while still being part of a well-maintained residential building.

Stayed 3 nights in this terrific apartment in excellent location close to tram and museums in a nice area to walk around. Listing and photos are accurate. Apartment is spacious and host set up the air mattress in the living room so we had 3 separate beds (which were comfy!). The building has steep steps leading to apartment and within the apartment there is a steep staircase (it is Amsterdam!). Handrails for the building stairs and 1 side of the stairs in the apt were broken which was a safety concern. Also 1 of the A/C units wasn’t working properly. The host was responsive in addressing both issues. Communication with host throughout booking and stay was good. Would stay here again on a future visit!

Great Location / great apartment

Had a great stay. Reuben was in contact prior to our visit and all questions were answered. Arrived a little early and we were accommodated with early check-in. Apartment was spotless, well stocked and the location in the museum district was wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Perfect!

Fantastic apartment! We stayed here for 3 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. A very spacious apartment with everything you need - shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, straighteners, teas, coffees
 the list goes on. The beds were incredibly comfy and the apartment was very spacious and spotless. This was only a 5 minute walk max from the Reich & Van Gough museums. There was a supermarket a 7 min walk with everything you need and a lovely bakery 3 min walk away. Public transport was very handy, trams and buses coming every 3 minutes making access to the centre easy. Buses to the airport were once every 10/15 minutes and again couldn’t have been any easier. The hosts were very accommodating as we had to wait in passport control for nearly an hour. No problems at all and they couldn’t be more helpful with their recommendations. We would return in a heartbeat! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts 😊

Perfect Stay in Amsterdam

Everything about our stay was perfect! The apartment is beautiful - spotless, spacious and bright with huge windows overlooking the street in front and a quiet courtyard in the back. The location is a short walk to the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and the Vondelpark. Check-in was very smooth and the property manager was helpful and attentive. We would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. A very quiet neighborhood among a string of super-exclusive stores. A one way street, so very little car traffic. Able to walk to a ton of restaurants, museums, the tram, and of course Vondel Park just a block away. A great escape from the bustle of downtown.

Perfect location and so spacious

This property was excellent! It is in the museum district on a popular shopping street with luxury boutiques. You will be an easy 5-10 min walk from bars and restaurants which means you can have a great time and then easily walk home to a super quiet apartment and sleep. Great water pressure with a tankless hot water heater for relaxing long showers (especially after a long flight!). Plenty of space, nice linens, and ample closet space to unpack and even store luggage. Balcony overlooks a quiet path with a huge willow and foliage. Would recommend!!!
