Un magnifique et impeccable appartement de 2 piĂšces au cƓur du quartier des canaux du patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco. NichĂ© dans une rue calme mais Ă  distance de marche des principales attractions (quartier des musĂ©es, Rembrandtplein, place du Dam). DĂ©couvrez quelques-uns des meilleurs magasins, cafĂ©s agrĂ©ables et quartiers branchĂ©s de la ville juste au coin de la rue Utrechtsestraat, une rue animĂ©e qui existe depuis 1658.

La description
L'appartement est situĂ© au 1er Ă©tage (Ă©quivalent au 2Ăšme Ă©tage aux États-Unis) d'un immeuble du 19Ăšme siĂšcle, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de monter trop d'escaliers. Il y a deux chambres spacieuses de chaque cĂŽtĂ© de l'appartement. Une chambre a un lit queen size et s'ouvre sur un beau balcon donnant sur de charmantes maisons historiques d'Amsterdam. L'autre piĂšce donne sur une rue trĂšs calme avec des bĂątiments typiques du 17Ăšme siĂšcle. Cette chambre est plus grande et comprend un lit queen-size flambant neuf (dĂ©c. 2018), une cuisine toute neuve entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, une table Ă  manger avec 4 chaises et une tĂ©lĂ©vision connectĂ©e. Les deux chambres ont des portes et offrent beaucoup d'intimitĂ©. Salle de bain privĂ©e (avec double vasque et baignoire), toilettes sĂ©parĂ©es et petite buanderie avec lave-linge.

The apartment was in a great location and with in walking distance to most sites as well as the metro and tram stop. You can't cook in the apartment which wasn't an issue for us but if you are planning on making stuff there is only a microwave. There is a Nespresso machine but you will need to pick up your own pods. The owner said there were a few in the pantry from the last guest but suggested we purchase more. I feel like this is something that should be provided to guests but that's just my personal opinion. The owners live directly upstairs so if that is an issue for you it's just something to note. We never even saw them and the building itself was quiet. Our son did mention noise at night from the street but not a huge issue. There is a door that separates the kitchen/living/extra bed area and the main bedroom so privacy isn't an issue if you have a teenager but there isn't a couch so if your hanging out you are sitting on their bed.Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this location but just wanted to add some additional notes if you are thinking about booking.

Pleasant stay in a quite neighborhood away from the crowds

This was a 3-day stay to see the sights of Amsterdam. It was a modest walk to the downtown but very doable. We did not spend much time there except for sleeping. The beds were wonderful and comfortable.

Best place ever!

This cute, clean, adorable apartment was soooo quiet and chill, and located in the most amazing neighborhood with canals, restaurants, and stores all around. We could walk or tram everywhere. Highly recommend for singles, couples, or a family or group of 3.

Perfect apartment

My family of 3 loved staying the week in this apartment. It’s in a great location, easy to walk or take the tram to all the museums & tourist attractions. The neighborhood was safe and quiet at night. This was my favorite rental out of all the European apartments my family and I have rented.

Wonderful Stay in Amsterdam!

I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment in the Canal District! The location was perfect--lots of restaurants, cafes, and stores around the corner. It is located on a cute, tree-lined street and the area is not as touristy as some other districts we explored, so it is quiet at night. The host Gabriela was so nice, responsive, and helpful when we checked in. The apartment was super clean and aesthetically pleasing. This is a great stay for groups since the toilet is conveniently located in a separate room from the shower. I would 100% stay here again or recommend it to anyone in my life who visits Amsterdam!

Nice cozy apartment in Centrum

The host was very kind in accommodating our schedule when arriving to Amsterdam, and the directions for taking the train and tram from the airport to the apartment were spot on and very helpful. The apartment itself is lovely and cozy, just the right amount of space for two of us. It did sometimes get a little cold (I'm not used to the Nest thermostats but for others it's probably not an issue) and it was a little odd to have the toilet and shower in separate rooms. Overall though it was very clean and modern and nice. The location is great, a close enough walk or tram ride to tourist destinations and museums but also not too close so it was nice and quiet most nights. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Perfect Location and Apartment

Communication was exceptional. We had a suitcase that did not arrive with our flight. Came 2 days later. Property manager took care of delivery and also gave us great suggestions for restaurants, etc. Arranged for a taxi for our return to the airport for the flight home. Cozy apartment with everything you need. Clean comfortable beds and bedding. Quiet location on side street but near access to all museums, restaurants and other sites. If you enjoy walking, you can go just about anywhere in the city by foot. Other public transportation nearby too. Great choice!

Amazing flat in the heart of Amsterdam

Our party of two couples had a GREAT stay at this beautiful apartment. It was centrally located to all of the main attractions of Amsterdam yet far enough away to feel homey and safe. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom while the other couple slept in the pull out (IKEA style) bed in the living room. The unit was furnished with a nice array of dishes and kitchenware so that we could enjoy our meals at the dining room table, overlooking apartment row. My only suggestion is to perhaps provide coffee provisions, at least the first day. But in the absence of that, we did get the best coffee and croissants they recommended in their guide book. The name escapes me but trust me when I say, it was the best I ever had! Communication and the check in process with our hosts was also perfect. Overall we loved our stay and accommodations in Amsterdam and plan to return soon!
