Villa Pussacra is a holiday home for 6 guests with large garden and above-ground swimming pool. The property is an ancient house dating back to 1700, renovated into a fully-equipped holiday home. It`s in Giuggianello, a small town in the inland of Otranto, which is 10 minutes` drive away from the sea.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, internet, barbecue, electric oven, tv, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, outdoor area with solarium and swimming pool in the garden, parking. Pets are allowed.

Villa
Pussacra is an ancient house renovated into a holiday home that keeps
the charm of history and the typicalfeature of the traditional
architecture of Salento.
The holiday home is introduced by an electric gate that opens into a large garden with fruit trees, an ancient stone well dating back to the beginning of XIX century, near the above-ground swimming pool with solarium.
The villa is characterized by a pietra leccese front.
Villa Pussacra opens into a large living room with air conditioning
under barrel-vaulted ceiling with exposed stones. It`s a cool and
spacious room, with a stone arch that divides the living room with sofa
and tv from the kitchen with induction hob, electric oven and dining
area. Next to the kitchen, there is a full bathroom.
The
small staircase from the kitchen leads to the yard at the back with
another staircase that arrives on the upper floor, where there is the
sleeping area under a suggestive wooden ceiling. The sleeping area
consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are double and the other is a twin bedroom with bunk bed. On this floor there is the second full bathroom.

Villa Pussacra is in Giuggianello, a small town in the area of Otranto, known for the ancient dolmen and menhir in its countryside.
In the city centre there are the main services. The closest seaside locations are the worth-visiting Otranto, Porto Badisco, Castro and Santa Maria di Leuca. The villa is 12 kilometers away from the coast.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Above ground Pool available from May toOctober.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
