Planned a road trip from the northeast to Nashville. Had trouble finding places where 5 adults could stay at a reasonable price and yet have room to spread out. This townhouse was perfect. We felt very much at home and had areas around the house where we could get away from each other when need be! My 20 yr olds appreciated the gaming center.
We enjoyed the location, short Uber ride to Broadway and then return to peace and quiet. Just 3 of us but room for several. Several steps to the top floor, so would not be easy for some. Just a heads up for someone with knee or hip issues. Overall great all the way around.
Everything went very smooth with the entire stay. The owner was very accommodating. There were a few things within walking distance for a morning coffee and pastry. We did use lyft most of the time as we went lots of other places besides Broadway. The place was the perfect size for four adults. We enjoyed the balcony. However, the place could use some TLC. The slipcovers on the sofas in the main area were really dirty. The only real bed which was on the third floor was great. However, the only other double beds were actually pull out sofas in the basement and they weren't comfortable at all.
The bathrooms were really nice as were the linens.
I don't know how often the owners check on the wear and tear but some things need addressing.
All in all we had a nice stay and Guy was a great host.
First time staying around Nashville. Hard to compare, but the location seems to be perfect for being close to downtown, but staying out of the hustle and bustle. We felt the neighborhood was safe and felt comfortable, especially with the townhouses being within a gated area. The owner was responsive and was easy to deal with. The property itself was nice for our family with teenagers, as it allowed everyone to have space. The only word of caution would be that there is alot of stairs since it is multi level. Overall we were more than pleased with the rental and seems to be suited well for groups and families
We rented this place for 2 days to explore downtown Nashville and we couldnât have been more pleased. The place was clean and well furnished and we all slept comfortably! Would recommend!
We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The owner responded to a question right away. The place and property was clean with high quality appliances and furnishings. I would book this property again.
We enjoyed our stay in this modern apartment that was nice and clean and close to downtown Nashville. A couple of mishaps were responded to and resolved quickly by the owner. The only thing I would suggest is to add some details to the description about the layout of the apartment and all the sets of stairs to get to each room. Of course that's not a problem for most people, but my aunt had recently broken her ankle and had a difficult time getting around. But overall, it was a great place for groups of 5-8!
Enjoyed this property and itâs location. It is a bit over a mile to Broadway but a straight shot down 2nd Ave. , so easy to navigate. Itâs in an up and coming neighborhood with lots of new condos in the area. The inside space was very cool with 4 floors and a couple of small balconies. Would easily accommodate 8 people. Master suite was wonderful and bed was super comfy. Our 20 year old âkidsâ stayed in the basement area on the pullouts and loved having their own area. They also commented on how comfy the beds were. Guy was easy to contact and responded quickly.
The location was great. We were within 10 miles of everywhere we wanted to go. Great food options near by. The loft was very accessible and clean. The only complaint is being too close to the train and one of the neighbors was kind of noisy at night; otherwise it was fairly quiet.
Just outside of downtown in a area that is undergoing some major upgrades, this was a great place to stay. It was a short drive or rented scooter ride to downtown. The property is clean and has a lot of space for everyone to spread out.
Only downside for us was the only seating for eating was 4 stools at the counter. We would certainly stay here again if we returned to Nashville.
My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The host, Guy, was awesome. He responds very fast and communicates everything involving the rental clearly. The property has everything that you need and we look forward to staying again.
I can't say enough nice things about this place. It's incredibly close to the airport and downtown, we never had problems getting Uber's or delivery. Check in and check out where super simple and the house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for a nice stay. Also the house is gorgeous! The beds were so comfortable, one of my friends actually checked what brand the mattress was to buy it for her house. Overall the place was exactly what was expected and more, it really made our stay.
Awesome location, close to broadway = great uber prices. Great set up, plenty of beds/couches to spread out and relax. Quick responses to any questions or concerns! Had a great time in Nash!
The house we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper, the kitchen had pretty much anything you could need! The area could have been better but wasnât the worst we went to. Seems to be up and coming with many other new things being built. We will definitely recommend this place to others.
We loved our stay at Guy's house. The place was brand new and so clean. It had everything I wanted and needed in terms of kitchen items, etc. There are tons of options to accommodate lots of guests and everyone can have their own private space. The only drawback to the house was the nearby train which ran throughout the night, honking it's horn repeatedly. If you are a good sleeper, you probably won't notice. I'm a light sleeper and was awoken a few times.
Originally from Israel. Moved to Nashville 8 years ago and fell in love with this one of a kind city. Love music, good restaurants and craft cocktails. nomnomnomnom!
