A stunning, newly renovated 3 bed villa with amazing views & central location
A quick dip in the beautiful pool, followed by breakfast on one of the villa's 4 sun terraces over looking the Mediterranean and then a short stroll down to "The Racquets Tennis Club" or a quick buggy ride to one of the 3 Championship standard golf courses. Finally, a delicious evening meal in one of the wonderful resort restaurants and a short walk back to the villa. This is what a stay at Sunset Villa

3 spacious bedrooms â 2 of which can be made up as 2 full size single beds or 1 super king size bed and the 3rd bedroom is 2 full size singles.
1 shower room, ensuite to master bedroom, with twin sinks, WC and bidet
1 bathroom, with full size bath, separate shower, twin sinks, WC and bidet
3 outdoor terraces and rooftop terrace all with outdoor furniture. The main terrace has a built in BBQ.
Open plan, spacious living dining area with open access to the kitchen.
New Air conditioning units throughout.
Los Altos 85 is centrally located near to the tennis club and centre of the resort. It is a 9 minutes walk to the centre of resort with its wide range of bars and restaurants, it is a 7 minute walk to the famous "Racquets Club" with its vast array of tennis, padel, pickleball and fitness facilities. The Spanish style villas have the use of three attractive outdoor community pools, their elevated position offer great views across the famous La Manga Club Resort.
This detached three bedroom villa offers spacious accommodation in an excellent location, with parking in front of the villa. Great views. There is free Wi-Fi internet access.
Entrance hallway into the open plan lounge and dining room which is well furnished with satellite TV with many UK English language channels and patio doors to an extended terrace with outdoor dining facilities and a built-in barbecue giving stunning, panoramic views. The terrace has steps up to the private roof terrace with loungers and even better views, whilst also enjoying all day sunshine.
The newly renovated kitchen with open access the lounge area, also on this floor, is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.
There is a cloakroom on this floor.
There is an internal staircase down to the lower level and the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has either full size single beds or Super King size double bed and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins. The second bedroom has full size twin beds which can be made into a King Size double if preferred and third bedroom has twin beds or Super King double. These two bedrooms share use of a separate full bathroom.

Centrally located detached villa at La Manga Club Resort, air conditioning throughout is included in the prices for all seasons. Private terrace and barbecue facilities. Use of the community pool right next door to the villa.
Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen, towels, including complimentary pool towels and a grocery welcome pack.
The property is accessed by 3 flights of steps and as such is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The properties amazing views are as a result of its location at the top of a steep 300m hill.
Please note, in the months of July and August we only accept 7,14, 21 or 28 night stays which begin and end on Saturday.
