This beautiful mature property is located in Los Altos 1 in the centre of the La Manga Club resort, close to the Tennis Centre, Bellaluz Plaza and within easy walking distance of most of the amenities offered in our Resort. The villa is beautifully presented and has had some extensive improvements. The kitchen has been redesigned and completely refitted. The dining area has been extended with a terrace looking out towards a beautiful pool, the villa also benefits from a large expanse of garden area to each side giving more privacy than would normally be expected for a community villa.


La Manga Club Facilities.: LaManga club offers 3 championship 18 hole golf courses The Tennis centre has 28 tennis courts. This is the winter facility for the LTA. 8 Paddle Tennis courts 4 Pickle ball courts & a new Gym

SWIMMING The pool is just outside our Living Room so all the family can swim & relax on the loungers or pop back to the villa in seconds. La Manga's own private beach cove 'La Cala', offers a more picturesque setting for swimming and snorkelling with its own beach-side restaurant and bar specialising in locally caught sea food.(seasonal)

Situated between two seas, La Manga Club has its water sports centre based on the Mar Menor Lagoon. The shallow water is perfect for water-skiing, windsurfing and sailing enthusiasts. Tuition is available & equipment hire. The centre also allows you to try your hand at jet skiing, and boat trips are available from the harbour to explore the Mar Menor. Private scuba diving can be arranged for clients to explore the clear Mediterranean waters, although pre-booking is essential.

There are 26+ restaurants or bars to choose from on the complex, nightly entertainment in the Hotel & many of the Bars, designer clothes shops, supermarkets, banks, post office, chemists and a doctor’s surgery, cycle hire & nearby horse riding.
The 5 * Grand Hyatt Hotel in the La Manga Club offers entertainment until the early hours.

Tennis - Widely regarded as Europe's premier tennis centre, La Manga Club has twenty championship clay courts, four hard courts and four artificial grass courts, all of which are floodlit. The 'jewel in the crown' is the world famous 3,500 seater centre court, staging both Federation and Davis Cup events. Fully qualified resident professionals offer tuition all levels with a free weekly assessment class to evaluate player's abilities. There is also an extensive programme of club events, including social, tournament and exhibition evenings. The tennis clubhouse is superb with well appointed changing facilities, pro-shop, Gym,restaurant and bar.

Lovely holiday

Nice, homely property with very close access to a great pool!! The owners were the best communicators I have had on VRBO, being very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property to a group of adults or a family.

Thank you for your review, I delighted you & your extended families enjoyed our villa this summer. La Manga Club properties are mostly built on hills giving the stunning views our guests love, however this does come with steps. I’m sorry the TV remote for b/r 3 was missing, (It is the same as BR 1) if you had asked we would have supplied a new one, however there are 2 other TVs in the villa. The villa is undergoing a complete remodelling & refurb in the main living areas in November 2025 so should be fabulous when finished

Beautiful villa in great location!

Really gorgeous villa which felt like home for our holiday. The kids did both football and tennis academy and the villa was perfectly postioned within easy reach of both. The pool was lovely and only a few steps from the front door. A great holiday all round and hope to return to Noreen’s villa again soon!

Really enjoyed this place

Lovely house. Great views. Owner very helpful. Excellent shared pool. Only downside was the mattresses were too soft for my liking, but that is a question of opinion.

Fabulous stay in a wonderful location

Noreen was super at answering questions and helping us get sorted for our stay. Felt very at home in the villa, had everything we could possibly need and the location can’t be topped. It’s 10 steps from a pool that never gets full (in fact we were one of the few people there a lot of the time) and it’s 7-8 mins walk from the Padel courts and eating places. Thank you so much - we had a brilliant holiday.

Such a wonderful holiday!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful villa in Los Altos which is perfectly located with a lovely large pool just a few steps away. We had everything we could possibly need for a brilliant stay. The resort is fabulous, the pools and local beaches are stunning and the Roman Ampitheatre in nearby Cartagena is well worth a visit. We all had such an amazing time and hope to be back very soon!

Great location lovely balcony and pool appreciated all the towels and bits in the kitchen. Decor slightly dated with lots of artificial flowers which were dusty . Great tv and very spacious for my family of 6 Great welcome book and information in the area of things to do and restaurants to eat In

Thank you for your review and I’m pleased you enjoyed our villa and the facilities provided including our new 55” smart Samsung TV. We are constantly updating the Villa to maintain our grade A rating within the club. This year we have replaced all the curtains & bedding in all 3 bedrooms, also Refitted and retiled the cloakroom so I was surprised you thought it dated. This is a traditional Spanish style property with traditional features. The artificial flowers have now been removed. I hope to welcome you back soon.

Golfing holiday

We had a great time in the villa. Ideally located for the golf, bars and restaurants. Great views from the terrace etc. Still a little cold for us to use the pool! All in all a great villa and look forward to booking again next time we come. Many thanks.

Amazing villa, beautiful views in the heart of La Manga

We had a fabulous stay in the villa, an amazing experience from start to finish. Our two little girls loved the two pools which were right outside our villa and had them pretty much to themselves. The villa was lovely, clean, amazing balconies and views of La Manga. Couldn't fault it at all. Perfect location for walking to the local restaurants and Bellaluz Plaza. Will be looking to come back next year and would highly recommend. Thank you Noreen and John for a lovely stay 🙂

Lovely holiday at La Manga

We had a great time at the villa, everything you would want is provided. Air con worked very well, and the girls were very pleased to have good WiFi. Pool is great for cooling off and plenty of sunbeds, no need to leave towels out (always nice not to have to do the 6am sprint for the beds😀) Parking no problem too Noreen provided information/directions before we arrived, all very clear and she checked in with me via text to make sure everything was okay with the villa. Racquets club is great, recommend booking a Padel taster lesson and then cooling off with a cold beer from the outside bar (and reasonably priced too)

Lovely villa in La Manga

We had a great week at the villa in late July 2022. Very comfortable, air conditioning in all rooms, lovely open plan living/ dining area on 1 st floor with large terrace. Communal pool just up a few steps from back door and we often had this to ourselves. Short walk to tennis centre. Would recommend a car but not essential as easy to get taxi’s from local supermarkets. Noreeen out host was very responsive and easy to deal with, will be returning!

Great villa

Good villa in a great central spot. Handy for most of the complex. Many very good restaurants within walking distance. We had a car as we like to go out and about but could probably just have got taxis if we wanted to go to Los Belones or Cabo. Internal and external stairs would benefit from better stair rails. I struggle a bit with stairs. Got better at them every day. Pool was great. Didn't ever get too busy. Good sunbeds. A wee bit tricky to be out of the sun as umbrellas are static and difficult to be in shade. We really enjoyed our visit. The lady who owns it seems very nice and happy to listen to feedback.

Es tut mir so leid, dass unser Bauunternehmer uns im Stich gelassen hat und das dritte Schlafzimmer vor Ihrer Ankunft nicht verputzt und gestrichen hat. The location is fantastic, great pool area. The size and layout of the villa is very good. Some of the furniture and outdoor furniture could do with updating but all functional.
