Located on the first floor it has a lovely view overlooking the communal pool. This property is 200 meters from the sea front and has comfortable modern interior, perfect for you and your family to enjoy a stress free holiday in the sun.



The Space:

As you enter the apartment you have the open plan lounge with modern furnishings, sofa, dining table and smart TV. There is American style kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher.

You enter the hallway from the dinning area and the family bathroom with a walk in shower is to the left and the Second bedroom is to the right. The second bedroom has a double bed. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway and has a King size bed with en-suite. From the living room you exit on to the balcony where there is a lovely outdoor seating to enjoy dinning al fresco.



There is both hot and cold Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.



Guest Access:

There is lift access up to the apartment.

As of February 2026 the parking garage is temporarily closed for repairs, no exact time given for re opening as of yet.



The Neighborhood:

La Recoleta is located in Punta Prima, Orihuela Costa. Local bars and restaurants are only a 20 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is a 3 minute drive away.



Getting Around:

We recommend a car to get out and about to explore the surrounding area.

Check-in is from 16.00-23.59. Please be aware that any arrivals between 10.00 am - 14.00 hrs and 21:00 pm and 23.59 pm carry an early/late check-in fee of 35€. Arrivals after 23.59 , must be advised and agreed upon with prior notice, and when available, a 50€ fee is applicable.

Check-out is by 11:00am.
