Situated in Norwich, the cozy house of Hamlets rest is just an 8-minute walk from the historic, picturesque river Wensum which flows through the heart of the city.

And it is so close to the best Norwich city panorama view (Ketts Hill) it is only 300 metres away!

The main shopping centers and the Norman built castle museum are only a 20 minute walk away and the stunning Norwich Cathedral is only 15 minutes away on foot, where you will also find an array of restaurants.

Norwich City football ground is less than a mile away and is easily reachable on foot. Train station located 0.6 miles away.

The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds, ideal for families, friends, or colleagues sharing a stay.
Need extra sleeping space? The cozy sofa in the living room means we can accommodate up to six guests comfortably.

The modern bathroom is sleek, stylish, and stocked with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. Parking & Accessibility:

The property is easy to find, with well-lit access and a private driveway, ensuring a smooth check-in experience no matter when you arrive."

The house is located in the southern part of Norwich and is within walking distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, supermarkets.

Close to the train station and only a short walk from the bus routes. less than a mile from the centre.

However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer.

You’ll receive an email with your key box code and full check-in instructions before arrival. If you have any questions, we’re just a call away.

House Rules
• No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided).
• No pets.
• Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
• Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).

Damages
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.

Terms of Stay
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided. We take a security deposit or rental waiver for protection.

Extras
• Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).
• UK bed sizes apply.
