Situated on the side of the Great Orme, Llechwedd is a beautifully presented three-storey house, boasting a traditional interior and a homely feel, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering plenty of space for up to 6 guests.
Lovely size house in a good location, nice facilities. The house needs addressing with damp in some rooms, window cracked in a bedroom, paint work needs retouching. We enjoyed our stay and would come back if the work was done in the house.
The house is beautiful and everything we needed was there. We fully enjoyed it and the area. Though the house was on a very steep hill which we wasnt aware of, the
Sorry to say house was unfit for habitation. One toilet was out of order and second one leaked from waste pipe every time it was flushed. The kitchen sink tap leaked and water ran behind and down into cupboard below
The property has everything a family needs in a great location for town, east and west beaches and plenty to do nearby. It would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It was hard to parked outside and roads are steep.
Having stayed at many places over the years I was disappointed with the lack of any welcome instructions. A pint of milk would have been nice! The bedding, towels, bathrooms and general areas were clean but the back yard, and other areas could have done with a deep clean.
The Kitchen was very dark and had only two bulbs in the light fitting, the window doesnât open so no ventilation when cooking. Tea towels were supplied but an oven glove would have been handy as would a dish cloth.
We did find somewhere close by to park as there is no parking outside the property during the day, again some instructions about this would have been helpful.
Bit of a hike down into Llandudno but not too far and there is a bus.
