The living areas in this terraced, three-storey house include a kitchen/diner with seating for seven, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility/cloakroom with washing machine, and a first-floor sitting room with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double with en-suite shower room, a second-floor family room with double, single and TV, and a twin, along with a bathroom. To the front, there is a first-floor terrace with furniture and summerhouse, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles, there is a shop, within 0.1, a pub, and within 0.2, Chesil Beach.
