La belle, spacieuse GRAND VILLA

Hello Patricia, Thank you for your review of our beautiful, spacious villa, with an amazing view. Our guest feedback and reviews are always welcomed as they help us to improve our offerings and services, so that our next guest will be fully satisfied. It was our pleasure opening for your son to leave the provisions at the villa at which time, we took the opportunity to provide him with the keys and advised him of their functions. We are sorry you did not like the keys on one bunch, however the property is a large one with many doors and each key is necessary. For future guests we will speak with them to see what their preference is with regards to separating the keys and we will make the necessary adjustments required by each guest. To say the property is badly maintained is not a fair statement, as the property is very well maintained and looks exactly as it is displayed in the photos. The sun loungers at the pool were replaced due to our last guest request and we thought it would be ok for you as well. We are sorry for thinking that way and upon your request we corrected this by providing you with sun loungers as you requested and the outdoor furniture from the pool side was available for use on the veranda as you requested. Previous guests normally used a knife to peel their potatoes, so we did not replace the sink stoppers, the jug or potato peeler which were damaged by our previous guest. Upon your request, we went out and we purchased a new Jug and potato peeler, and these are available for use by our future guests. There was an ice bucket under the cupboard in the kitchen at the time of your stay and this has been used by our previous guest, we are sorry if you did not notice it there. To chill the wines, guests normally place them in the refrigerator, however we love your suggestion of a wine cooler, and we will purchase one. Thank you for all your requests as the items which may be suitable for one guest, may not be suitable for the other and we always respect and honor our guest request within reason. The gazebo is normally used for breakfast or just for relaxation during the day, so the light was removed, however it will be replaced in the event our future guest would like to relax at the gazebo at night. Each of the beds has two pillows and there are 5 beds at the villa, there are also additional pillows and linens in the linen room inside of the villa. It was our pleasure resolving all your concerns and we look forward to great reviews.

Thanks for taking the time to review the Grand Villa. We have since added an extra cleaner and bought new cleaning equipment. About the wind, the problem is that the villa was deliberately built in the breeze so it is pleasant even when it is hot. The downside is that the wind tends to whistle. I myself like the sound but I will get some professional help to see if we can reduce the sound and check the doors. Thank you for staying with us and the GV will be totally upgraded as we have started to look for and fix any potential problem. Thank you.
