This apartment in the center of St. Christina was completely renovated in 2022 and stands out for its modern and stylish furnishings.
The property consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin room, two modern bathrooms with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet and a spacious living room with open kitchen and double sofa bed.
The modern kitchenette has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.
There is a washing machine directly in the apartment.
Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

House Benedet is one of the structures that have made history in the center of Santa Cristina in Val Gardena, in the heart of the Dolomites. Its roots date back to the distant year 1675 and although it has been renovated, this holiday home has maintained its genuine local atmosphere.
The interiors were completely renovated in 2022 and feature modern, elegant and high-quality furnishings.
The property is located in the center of Santa Cristina in Val Gardena.
In winter, the proximity of the Monte Pana chairlift (100 m), in the Dolomiti Superski ski area, makes house Benedet the ideal solution for unforgettable holidays in the Val Gardena Dolomites. From the Monte Pana lift you can whizz down the world-famous Sellaronda on your skis and tame the camel humps of the legendary Saslong World Cup slope. There you will also find children's slopes.
During the Christmas season you are only a stone's throw away from the Santa Cristina Christmas market, where you will also find the world's largest nativity scene, completely hand-carved by local craftsmen and open to visitors free of charge all year round.
In summer you will find yourself in the middle of the pedestrian zone, where various events take place, such as the weekly farmers' and craftsmen's market, the wine festival and, to the delight of your children, various children's events.
Less than 100 meters from your apartments, you will find the first bus stop and the famous "Old Railway Path", which you can take on foot, by bike or with the stroller through the whole of Val Gardena.
Two playgrounds and the first mountain hikes are within 100 metres of the house, to the delight of young and old alike.
The particularly central location of the Benedet Apartments means that shops, restaurants, grocery shops, bars, car rentals and much more are close at hand. The supermarket is located in the building next door.
For a perfect holiday in the Dolomites, there is private parking, free Wi-Fi and a ski depot.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
