The penthouse lateral apartment is on the top floor of a small modern building offering stunning panoramic views over the Bay from two balconies and an open space living/dining. Town's features are long and light days, unlike many other places in the bay that are in shade many hours due to nearby mountains as well as a 7km long promenade along the sea. There are several fortresses in the town offering various events under the skylight (music, theater etc) and worth visiting and exploring their rich history.

The flat is a modern and large (57 mq) and offers a cosy and comfortable stay. It contains the spacious open dining/lounge, a large bedroom with a king-size bed and spacious wardrobe as well as the door to one of the balconies. A fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons. The apartment benefits from two air-con units, an electric awning, two balconies, each with a table and two chairs, perfect for an evening star gazing or the morning coffee! There are two TVs, washer/dryer, the large shower and we offer a free parking place. The apartment is less than 10 minutes walk from the sea promenade and many beaches.

In addition to long strolls along the promenade and swimming there are nearby places of interest:
Kanli Kula (fortress often with events), old town, Savina Monastery, St Tryphon's Cathedral, two small islands in the Bay, Lustica Bay and Mamula island, Savina winery, to name a few. There is hiking opportunity nearby as well as many boats trips. A day trip To Njegusi mausoleum or nearby Dubrovnik in Croatia, Kotor city or small village Perast are only some nearby attractions.
