Cette maison est destinée à divertir! Profitez de cette maison privée installée sur une allée privée loin de la rue principale et du bruit. C'est votre propre paradis du Colorado couvert d'arbres et d'intimité de vos voisins. Détendez-vous dans la cour avec des meubles de patio confortables, des tables de pique-nique et beaucoup d'espace pour courir ou jouer à un jeu de maïs avec vos amis et votre famille. Notre arrière-cour est également reculée dans une petite crique où les enfants peuvent explorer un grand parc et une aire de jeux à l’autre bout.

Notre maison est parfaitement située à quelques minutes de l'I-25, des magasins et des restaurants. Il constitue un excellent point de départ si vous souhaitez explorer toutes les attractions de la région, notamment: Garden of the Gods, U. S. Académie des forces aériennes, Cave of the Winds, Pike's Peek, États-Unis d'Amérique. Centre d'entraînement olympique, centre-ville de Colorado Springs, rafting en eau vive, parc d'état de Mueller, les sources Incline et Manitou.

We were very pleased with our stay at this property! The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals for our large family group. All the bedrooms were nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. We were provided plenty of linens and pillows for all beds and plenty of towels as well. We appreciated that the outside deck had comfortable seating for a large group making it nice for us to enjoy the cool Colorado mornings and evenings! It seemed like our hosts has thought of everything we would need to make our stay comfortable and easy-even leaving a garage door opener for us to use to make it convenient for us to park in the garage. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful stay! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. It is well located in the city and backs up to a beautiful park that we enjoyed. Plenty of parking for our cars and garage was available also. WiFi was very good and kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our time in the house very much. It was perfect for the family reunion. We filled all of bedrooms and had local family visits. There were lots of places to hang out. We made full use of the pool table! Unfortunately I wasn’t the photographer so I don’t have pictures.

Excellent house and yard for large, even multigenerational family

Our 14-member family, ranging from 9 months to grandparents in their 60’s, found this well-equipped house and spacious yard the perfect gathering place for our family. A great location to see nearby Colorado Springs sites. Kitchen was very well equipped. Kristen made sure we had all the child and baby equipment and toys we could want. Communication throughout was excellent.

Great accommodations for family gathering

This property was great for our extended family: grandparents, married children and grandchildren. It was nice to have pack and play, highchair, toys, etc. for young children. We enjoyed the back deck and yard. Location was good for visiting the sites in Colorado Springs.

Family Gathering

Enjoyed a wonderful week with our entire family of 11. Son came with his wife and three children. Our daughter and son in law also came with their two sons. The house was perfect for the group. We utilized the park on several occasions to play baseball, golf, enjoy the playgrounds and watch the deer stroll by. The squirrels entertained the kids over picnic dinners. It truly was a great week and we thank you for all the amenities.

Great getaway!

The property was perfect for our families to stay at. Everyone had their own space but there was also plenty of areas to spend time together. We especially appreciated that the house was well equipped for our little. An added bonus was the beautiful park just across the back yard. It was a wonderful getaway!

Family reunion

We rented the house for a sibling/spouse reunion. It was perfect. Plenty of room for 9, kitchen was well stocked, two gathering areas and lovely outdoor area with fire pit. We would rent this again!

Celebration of life

The family met from all over the country to cel rate my father’s life. This house could not have been more perfect! Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. The house is gorgeous!

AMAZING STAY!

This property was the best for our family reunion in Colorado Springs. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware,etc. The space was perfect for our family we had 5 kids and 9 adults and everyone fit very comfortably. The house manager was also very quick to respond and help make sure everyone was having a great time. We had a wonderful time and would 100% recommend this listing to anyone!

Colorado Springs ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Great people, great weather, numerous tourist and outdoor activities (and for me) somewhat off the grid, but retaining the comforts & conveniences from home such as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Chipotle and Costco.

The house has a very spacious layout with tons of natural light and high vaulted ceilings in the living room with massive windows. You can easily fit multiple families in this home without feeling crammed.

The city itself has a great downtown with many local restaurants and pubs.
