The property has been updated for 2024 completely refurbished Downstairs shower Room, plus updated upstairs bathroom see added pictures,
catering for large families and golfing parties All day sunshine ideal for a relaxing holiday by the pool. Banks, shops and bars only 5 min walk The well established Villamartin Plaza 5 mins away and the Le Fuente Centre that caters for all tastes 5 mins walk away
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliance's, there is a utility room next to the kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher,fridge freezer and microwave. lounge is spacious and modern, with large sofas and a there is a Smart TV with fresat,and Netflix, plus Amazon firestick with all sky channels including TV box sets and 1000s of films. Also a google minI entertainment system ( similar to amazon Alexia) . Upstairs a double bedroom with patio doors leading onto a large sun terrace, with patio furniture one twin bedroom and a fitted shower/bathroom.There are 3 twin bedrooms on the ground floor with 2 shower rooms.There are remote ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge which are quiet and extremely efficient. The property has high walls and gates, all secure, ideal for families. Patio area with table and chairs and garden area with outside dinning area with table, chairs, sun loungers. Coal Barbecue, 8*4 metre private pool with Roman steps for easy access. We also provide airport transfers


Golf Information : We cater for golf parties Costa Blanca is the ideal place for your next golfing holiday. Villamartin is less than a mile from our villa and Campoamor and Las Ramblas are only a few minutes drive away. You can also try La Finca Golf and Quesada which are within half an hour's drive or just under an hour away is the famous La Managa Club with 54 holes.

Villa Review – Stayed July 25 for 8 NightsWe stayed at this villa from July 25th for 8 nights with a group of 9 people, including children, and had a really enjoyable stay.The location was excellent, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities. The villa was well-equipped and spacious, which worked perfectly for our group.The Wi-Fi was reliable, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor TV and music setup—a great touch for relaxing evenings outside. The amenities overall were good, and the space was comfortable for both adults and kids.While a few updates are needed, this didn’t impact our stay. Everything was clean and functional, and the outdoor areas were especially pleasant.We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-located villa.

This property is perfectly located and set up for group of golfers. Booking, check in ,stay and checkout all went smoothly. Agent went above and beyond gettting item we left behind back to us timeously. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

We have stopped here before. Great location. English pub right next door with a great host. 3 golf courses within 10 minutes drive. Villa has had a slight refurbishment with the kitchen & dinroom area redecorated & one the bathrooms downstairs been refurbished. Great time had by all.

Fabulous villa, we were a family of 11 people, plenty of space for everyone, great pool and outside space, although it says towels are provided one each was not enough so we bought some and left them at the villa. Great pub next door, does breakfast, lunch & Sunday roast, amazing. Supermarket about 5 min walk.

Lovely Villa and outside area for 10 adults (8 x 18-22 yr olds and 2 parents). There was also a sofa bed so could have easily of fitted 2 more people.The only downside we had was there was no AC in 4 of the bedrooms but we've been told by the villa manager it is being fitted over the winter.If you want to venture out, I would definitely hire a car(s) from the airport for the week need as the bus and even taxi service in this area was poor to non existent. Right next to a lovely pub which did great breakfasts. We did not eat any other meals there as used BBQ or ate out at the area further down the road. We did eat at the Chinese next to the pub however, which was super busy most nights and the food was really nice. A lovely stay and the villa manager was really helpful and easy to contact with questions.

Great Villa, good location. Julie was there to greet us on arrival and kept in touch during our stay. Royal Oak next door is a good pub and does great food. 9 of us stayed for a golf break and everyone thought the place was bang on with loads of room. Already thinking of staying here next year.

Ideal villa

Upon arrival we were over the moon with the property and the outside areas. There 12 is in total and never did we feel we were on top of each other, very spacious and comfortable. The pool was lovely and the kids spent hours in there. The location was great for for walking to shops bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely stay Julie the agent couldn’t have been more helpful. Great villa. Lovely and clean and in a good location. Royal Oak pub next door was very good with good food and entertainment, lovely helpful staff. Only 5 mins to the Supermarket and less than 10 mins to the Commercial Centre with all the restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Fantastic villa, everything so close by

Great stay, definitely return, lively villa with everything you need, we had a problem with the drains but it was sorted very quickly and efficiently, supermarkets, restaurants and bars a plenty all within a 5-10 min walk, we would especially mention “the view cocktail bar, 2 gif 1 on Wednesday and the food was delicious too, another restaurant worth a mention is the Asian next door to the Royal oak which is next door to the villa, great daily entertainment there, Aldo worth a visit.

Big House with great pool

We had a great time at this villa. Big venue with 3 badrooms. The swimming pool was great and needed because it was very hot! Everything was clean and contact with agency was sufficient.

Overall the villa was lovely, the pool being the highlight. Only thing i would say is that air con is needed in the bedrooms, it was too hot to sleep most nights.
