Stunning 3 bedroom apartment with 2 parking spaces

This striking 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment is situated in Ryedale House - an exclusive, private development in the heart of York’s historic core. The Castle Suites @ Ryedale House is on the 4th floor and offers fabulous views over to the historic York Walls and Clifford Tower.

It boasts three bedrooms, all with king size beds, one of which can also be made up as a twin room, perfect for a family holiday in York. It has three bathrooms, two of which are ensuite and the master bedroom also boasts its own sitting area, perfect for taking 5 minutes just to sit back, relax and take in the location.

When you enter the apartment you are immediately struck by the finishes, right down to the individual room scents that have been meticulously selected to match the apartment. The designers have chosen the finishing touches with great thought and care, from the large, comfortable beds to the spacious seating area in the lounge.

With plenty of room for everyone to sit back, relax and watch a film, your not to be missed TV series, or just to enjoy a glass of something chilled and listen to music on the Sonos speaker - your holiday, your choice!

The dining area has a table big enough for everyone to sit together, even if just to take in the fabulous views of the City Walls and Clifford Tower. The fitted kitchen has everything that you will need to prepare either a sumptuous meal or the holiday breakfast treat.

Fantastic stay

From start to finish, booking, communication and the actual stay were all great. Stays Yorks are a great company and offer quality properties. Our apartment was in a fantastic location and offered great views over York. 2 mins walk and you are in the heart of the city, close to attractions and all the shopping you could think of. It’s was clean, furniture was high end and just perfect all round. I have nothing negative to stay at all.

Great stay for 6 adults

Booked this beautiful apartment for my twin sons 27th birthday due to location and having three double bedrooms with bathrooms/showers. Location perfect for city centre and fabulous views. Kitchen nice but missing washing up bowl and plug didn’t retain water for small amounts of washing up. There was a dishwasher though. Everything was really nice but what let it down was the cleaning . The extractor fan was filthy and covered in grease as were the underside of cupboards. Under the furniture had never been cleaned or down the sides where there were previous guests dirty tissues ! When we first walked in the apartment was stunning but the smell of dirty drains hit us. I had to clean all the shower traps and plug holes which to be fair weren’t dirty it was that the water was stagnant and the Mel was everywhere. This was sad as lots of nice diffusers and all the cleaners needed to do was run the showers and taps a few minutes to flush the water away. Another point was there were no shelves in the master en suite and the sink is tiny so no where to put your toothbrush and toiletries and no hand towel hook. Simple to sort. We were provided with keys and the agent was excellent. Parking for two cars was great. Description for entry and key safe was poor but reception at the apartment block were very helpful. A better description of how to get keys would be good. Would we stay here again 
 absolutely. It was near to the centre with shops close by . It was well kitted out, modern and comfortable. Large beds and gorgeous linen. The little York hamper was also a lovely gesture. Thx you for a great stay

Lovely York

5 girls on a break to York. Accommodation was amazing..second time we have been to this apartment. Very spacious ,fabulous views over the river with panoramic views of the castle. Apartment was very clean and beds were super comfy. Would definitely recommend this if you are visiting York. Check in was very smooth and the receptionist was very helpful.

A 3 night stay

Great location and beautiful modern apartment. Beds were very comfortable, blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The lovely welcome bag of goodies was a nice touch! Really convenient having secure car parking included. The only thing that let it down slightly was that there was a reasonable layer of dust on the top shelves in the bedrooms and some of the higher surfaces/shelves around the apartment. We had a wonderful 3 day stay and would highly recommend!

Excellent Location

The Castle Suite is in an excellent position and everything you want to see in York is within easy walking distance as are the shops, pubs and restaurants. The Apartment is spacious, very comfortable, bright with a great view. The building is very secure and the off street parking spaces are a real bonus. The "Welcome" pack was a real treat with a lovely bottle of fizz. I have already booked to go back next year. A few very small gripes, the filter in the dishwasher was clogged up, clearer instructions on how to use the dishwasher and TV would be helpful and there is not much room for clothes storage in the smallest bedroom.

Happy with our choice

I had initially dismissed this accommodation because of the location. The area is not aesthetically appealing however the location is so very close to all tourist sights and offers free secure parking. The rooms are comfortable and practical and I felt good value for money. Nice beds , good water pressure in the showers, nice linen and beautifully clean.

Weekend with the family

With two teenagers in tow a weekend in a hotel becomes expensive so this apartment fitted our needs perfectly. Central, glamorous, so comfortable and thanks StaysYork for the nibbles and bathroom products. We would definitely use the company again and stay in The Castle Suite again.

Amazing place in an amazing city!

I can not compliment the team and Stays York or their Castle Suite apartment enough. This was truly a home away from home while we discovered the wonders of York and the surrounding area. The apartment was immaculate with just the perfect amount of space for my wife, 2 teenage daughters and me. The attention to detail by the Stays York team really shows from the decor and ambiance, down to the scents they have chosen. We will certainly be making a trip back and planning to stay at the Castle Suite again.

Booked the castle suite for my “50th” birthday through Stays York firstly I’d like to say what amazing customer service from start to finish the staff at Stays York where always on hand to help with any queries prior to arrival and dealt with a minor issue with the heating upon arrival very quickly and it was resolved in no time. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch. On to the apartment itself “WOW” there was 6 adults plenty of space for us all, from the minute you walk in the door you feel a sense of luxury it is decorated to an exceptionally high standard, everything you could need for your stay is provided. The feeling of luxury throughout made it such an enjoyable place to stay we didn’t want to leave, You have 2 allocated parking spaces during your stay which was great and the location is spot on. Planning on coming back to York in the summer having being spoilt at The Castle Suite wouldn’t want book anywhere else highly recommended and would definitely book via Stays York again. Thankyou for helping my birthday celebrations feel so special.

A super stay

A super apartment with high quality fixtures and fittings. Fantastic location very close to the centre of York. It was great to have the two secure parking spaces. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the lovely views across to Clifford Tower and the Minster. The beds were high quality and we appreciated all the goodies in the hamper. Fantastic Place to Stay!

Castle Suite is a very stylish, comfortable and spacious apartment. It was in a perfect location - only a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants and maybe 10 minutes to the beautiful Minster. So much better than staying in a hotel... and better value! Particularly with the 2 secure parking spaces included in the price! I would highly recommend it.
