Dimore Sallustio are 2 independent and communicating houses, located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, about 50m from the wonderful city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. Casa Grande is a multi-level accommodation, and consists of a bedroom with a French double bed on the mezzanine and a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the second floor there is a kitchen and a double bedroom, while on the third floor there is a private terrace with gazebo and kitchenette. Among the strengths of the accommodation we have an equipped terrace for the exclusive use of guests, the fact of being in a very central position, having a wonderful city beach within walking distance. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and it is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.

Casa Grande is a traditional building on multiple levels, located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli. The house is NOT recommended for people with mobility problems as there are steep stairs. The accommodation includes a bedroom with a mezzanine French double bed and a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with a sink, 4-burner induction plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a small table with stools, and a double bedroom. A spiral staircase leads to the third floor where there is a terrace for the exclusive use of guests equipped with a gazebo, kitchenette with sink and induction plates and table with chairs.

Dimore Sallustio – Casa Grande is far 64 km from the Bari Airport, 69 km from the Brindisi Airport. The city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia is far about 50m (150 feet) from the accomodation. The apartment is far 9 km from Polignano a Mare, 18 km from the caves of Castellana Grotte, 21 km from Alberobello, 37 km from Ostuni, 25 km from Locorotondo, 29 km from Cisternino, 31 km from Martina Franca, 81 km from Matera and 108 Km from Lecce. On the online Check-In form you would to digitally sign a rental contract (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). Moreover, 48h before the Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time.

Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property. Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property. Then we will provide the code to access the property. If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied.

Guests are required to comply with the local waste sorting schedule, which will be provided and explained after the arrival. Failure to follow the disposal rules will result in a €50 penalty.
