The Falier is a luxuriously restored one bedroom apartment found next to the famous Piazza San Marco and its amazing landmarks, such as the Basilica and the Doge's Palace.



Despite the immediate vicinity to the main tourist itinerary, it is very quiet and tucked away from the crowd, being located in a dead-end side street.



It receives plenty of natural light from the many windows facing a picturesque Canal and the rooftops of the historic center. The bedroom’s beautiful "Bifora" (traditional double arched windows) open on a little Istria Stone balcony, typical of the Venetian homes.



During the recent conservative renovation, the Caring Owner maintained the beautiful historical features such as the antique doors and windows and the beamed ceiling, while outfitting the apartment with contemporary amenities such as A/C, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction stoves, espresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, a luxurious bathroom with shower, hairdryer, etc.



In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, an antique dining table for 2 people and a brand-new kitchen with top-of-the line electrical appliances. The bedroom is particularly romantic, with a comfortable king size bed, plenty of precious fabrics and a large antique wardrobe plus a dressing table.



The Falier apartment is a perfect home for couples that love privacy and living in a quiet environment, or for singles needing a "pied-à-terre" for a while in Venice.



Additional Rules & Information



• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.



• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.



• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page



• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.



• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.



• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.



• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.



• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.



• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.



• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.



• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
