Set in a Georgian style building these studios provide simple yet functional cosy studio apartments in a convenient location in Central London. A simple solution to your accommodation needs.

All our studios have kitchenettes with electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and cutleries . We have limited *** AIR CONDITIONED UNITS*** please contact us before booking.
Each building has a laundry room with washing machine and dryers, which gives you that little help if you are travelling for a longer period. Please note there is no lift in the building as the area is a conservation area.

+++ We have limited number of Studios with Patios ( situated Lower ground floor ) and Studios with balconies with small supplements. Please enquire at the time of booking so we can see if there is availability +++

The studios have always been popular with professionals, students and those who require private accommodation in central London.

The studios are spread on half of the crescent, over 11 buildings with a secure entrance. The location is a quiet and secluded street with a petite garden and tennis courts.
Continuing the crescent it will take you to Brunswick Shopping Centre and Marchmont Street. A charming street with plenty shops, restaurants and a cinema away from the hustle and bustle of Euston Road.

Set within two main railway and underground stations, Euston and King’s Cross St Pancras with links to the whole country and international links to Europe with the Eurostar.
Russell square is also few minutes away with direct connection to Heathrow Airport. The studios have always been popular with professionals, students and those who require private accommodation in central London.

Long Stay In a Small Space-It Works

The room was small, but clean. The bed was comfortable. Having a cooker with a working oven and a microwave was a real plus. The location is outstanding. There are laundry facilities on site and the bonus of a very reliable launderette nearby for larger loads. The building is secure at night. This is very European in its approach.

Small rooms, broken heater/AC unit, will not book again.

When we got there the room was TINY. The cute balcony pictured is only if you book an extra deluxe room, which is not mentioned. To top it all off, the heater in the townhouse unit they put us in was working improperly so the apartment was SWELTERING. On the plus side (I guess?), the reception attendant immediately jumped in to fix it… AFTER I told her I had diabetes && my insulin would go bad if she kept us in that room. (Which she tried to convince us to do!!) Then we were put in a nice big room with a patio like the kind pictured. In summation, pictures are misleading && unless you have a physical disability- there maintenance issues are YOUR problem! P.S. there’s no elevator in ANY of the buildings so I walked in to a 70+ Year old woman struggling to get her bag upstairs while her daughter argued with the check in woman for a lower floor. Will not book with again.

Dear Erin Akers. Many thanks for your feedback regarding your stay . We value all comments from our guests as it helps us to understand where we need to improve our services. However there are some points I must clarify to you and for other future guests The rental rates are for standard studios hence we have a clear and precise information on our description page as follows. 1) +++ We have limited number of Studios with Patios (situated Lower ground floor) and Studios with balconies with small supplements. Please enquire at the time of booking so we can see if there is availability +++ - so, this was an unfair comment as a negative point - the notice was there for guests to ask us for an upgrade. 2) The building does not have elevator and we do not mention elevator in our description - so, this was an unfair comment mentioning a facility we don't have as a negative point Furthermore, August was hotter than usual, and I did not understand the part of your review mentioning heater? If you meant the air-conditioning unit, the electrical appliances sometime breakdown or work below the standard level unexpectedly, then yes, the receptionist was helpful and sorted the situation in any way she could. Thank you Harry

Shabolic admin. Too many non-functioning items

A very poorly managed property. Not recommended. I will be filing a claim for a 50% refund to account for all the non-functioning items and massive hassle imposed on me trying to get them fixed. 1) Safe not working. Reported day 1 for a claimed fix on day 2. When we returned on day 2 nothing had been done. I reported this to the front desk down the street (again) and the staff discoved that the original staff member had logged the repair date as the previous month. Inexcusable. Day 3 a workman arived to fix the safe and left saying he had done so. He had, in fact, only done 80% of the job. Another staff member had to come and make the safe work. The problem with the safe was that the battery chemicals in the lock had escaped. Why was it that I found this? Do they not check their premises? 2) A light in the kitchen did not work. This also too two days to fix. Why did I find this? Does mgt. not check rooms for such basic maintenance issues? 3) No fresh towels available on day 6 after I walked several premises to get new ones. Why? Did someone not do their job?

Au calme proche de la gare St Pancras

Appartement de petite taille mais très bien aménagé. Supermarchés à proximité. Très calme. Possibilité de stocker ses bagages avant er après. L’appartement était près des le matin de notre arrivée. Tout etait parfait.
