Wadebridge, a prominent market town nestled alongside the River Camel with a variety of shops, pubs, and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's sole family-owned cinema, is little over seven miles away. The renowned Camel Trail runs through the village, and the neighbouring town of Padstow, with its port, pastel-washed ancient houses, and well-known eateries, is well worth visiting.
