Located in the centre of the historic market town of Hexham, Northumberland. This is a unique eighteenth century 3 bedroomed townhouse with town centre parking. Spread over three floors, this generous accommodation is a unique place to relax and unwind. Comfortably sleeps six with antique detailing and original features including beams throughout the property.
Luxurious, comfortable, spacious, delightful home on 3 floors. Really great place to experience Hexham and Hadrian's wall! Check in with Sarah was easy and the entire flat is amazingly appointed with high-end and comfortable amenities - from the wonderful beds, to the hot, well-pressured showers. And, the "candlemaker" aromas were delicious. Beautiful home where we will definitely stay again!
Perfect location for exploring Hexham and area sites (Housesteads, Cragside, Anick Castle & Gardens, Lindisfarne). Enjoyed the market: coffee shops and bakery right across street with pub right outside the door! And the Abbey so close! Sarah couldn't have been more accommodating and property was just as pictured. Nearby parking a plus.
This is a lovely property in the heart of Hexham. Well appointed, warm and comfortable with everything you would need, topped off with lovely fresh bread on our arrival. The host couldn't have been more helpful.
The apartment is decorated and furnished in a charming fashion. It is well eqipped for a comfortable stay. The location allowed us to walk everywhere we needed to go so that we only needed a taxi when we had to transport our luggage. The hostess, Sarah was very helpful both before and during our stay. We had a most enjoyable week exploring Hexham with a side trips by train to Newcastle and a day at Hadrian's Wall with a private guide.
Amazing - best home weve stayed in , in a long time
First class - the home was so well equiped . Sarah was an amazing host . We loved the location - in old Hexham , next door to a great pub , really near to the Abby and gardens ... and this part of hexham had some amazing individual shops . We alked hadrains wall and this was just right as our hoem for the week .
A wonderful and spotless property which magically combines modern conveniences with old world feel. We loved the central location only steps from the Abbey which is a do not miss. The pub just outside the front door has great food and is very convenient. A well equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment. And then the best part, Sarah, who met checked us in, explained operation of the house and provided us with a lovely basket of basic groceries whic kick-started our visit. Sarah deserves every positive review and more.
