First Floor
The Green Room (sleeps 2) king size bed plus a single trundle bed available on request (sleeps 1 child only), bedside tables, chest of drawers, hanging space
The Pink Room (sleeps 2) king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, hanging space. En-suite with WC, wash hand basin and shower, heated towel rail
Family Bathroom with sumptuous freestanding bath, separate shower, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail

Landscaped gardens with an abundance of mature trees, large lawned areas ideal for children to play, hot tub overlooking the gardens and orchards surrounding the gardens.
Parking area for 4 cars

Towels and linen are provided (including hot tub towels).

Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please note if using the hot tub outside of these hours to be respectful to our neighbours in relation to noise.
Please note loud music is not permitted due to neighbouring properties.
Stag parties are not permitted.
Dogs are to be kept off all furniture and downstairs at all times. Please note additional pet fees of £35 per pet per week (or part of) apply.
If you wish to use the EV charger please let us know at the time of booking.  Additional fees of £10 per night will apply.
