Luxury Villa with pool in the heart of Chianti

La Villa del Riccio is located in the heart of Chianti. From the windows it is possible to admire the Tuscan landscape, formed by green hills dotted with olive trees, flowering vineyards and centuries-old cypress trees. The meticulous and detailed restoration, with the aim of preserving as many of the original architectural elements, has led to recreating the ancient atmosphere of this noble house.
Independent villa with 13 beds.
The seventeenth century villa (about 500 square meters) is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a large kitchen and dining room, entrance hall, twin bedroom with bathroom with bath / shower, a guest bathroom , laundry, pantry and service room with en-suite bathroom with shower, cellar. On the first floor two lounges and 5 rooms: 3 double or twin rooms, one double and one single where a bed can be added. All have en-suite bathroom with shower. At the middle of the stairs there is a small office with fax, wifi internet and computer, telephone and safe.

Included in the price is arrival dinner and daily cleaning for 2 hours per day (except Sundays and holidays).
Air conditioning included.
Heating is not included, payable on consumption in euros in cash before departure.
Tourist tax of € 1.50 per person per day to be paid in cash before departure.
Security deposit of € 1,500 to be paid on arrival and returned before departure, deducting any extra charges or damages.

In case of villa wedding, wedding party contribution from € 2,500 to € 4500, depending on the number of guests (to be paid in cash upon arrival).
In case of a civil wedding held in the villa, there is a fee to be paid to the town hall.

Cook service available on request at about € 30 per person for breakfast and about € 50/70 per person for dinners (minimum 10 people). Meal prices are approximate and may change depending on the menu, number of people, and price increases due to the general situation. If the number of people is less than 10, we need to make an estimate on a case-by-case basis.

50% down payment at reservation; balance 120 days before arrival.
