All the bedrooms offer a wonderful sea view and view to the bay and the beach only 10 meters from the villa’s terrace.

The top floor of villa comprises a penthouse with two bedrooms and two designer Italian bathrooms. On this level, there is also a kitchenette and sitting room with plasma SAT-TV/DVD with DVD library, as well as two sunbathing terraces.

The ground floor features one bedroom with a double bed and an additional day bed with a private bathroom, perfect for families with small children. The bedroom is air-conditioned and has a plasma SAT-TV/DVD. The main, fully equipped kitchen is in this area, dining area, and spacious living room. The living area exits to a covered terrace with an alfresco dining table.

Beautiful terraces offer plenty of space for unlimited relaxation and privacy. One of the terraces features a Jacuzzi and the other a hammock. The main terrace offers a heated infinity swimming pool, day beds, and loungers for sunbathing and enjoying your vacation like a true hedonist. From this terrace, a path leads to the private beach and the crystal clear sea. There is a buoy available for the boat.

The estate is definitely a perfect oasis for an unforgettable villa vacation in Croatia. It can accommodate 14 guests comfortably. Villa offers private parking, 2 brand new bikes, 2 kayaks, board games, and table tennis. The villa manager can organize the villa’s motorboat, equipped with various water toys with a professional skipper to explore beautiful bays and islands around, at an additional charge.
